In an attempt to end the constant war between the Cutie Mark Crusaders and their biggest enemies, Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon, or at the very least tone it down a bit, Cheerilee decides to put the five of them together in the same group for the upcoming camping trip. What's the worst that could possibly happen?

This fic was originally inspired by Your Antagonist's 'The Serenade of Silver Belles', which you should all go and read.

Was originally going to be just a SilverBelle fic, but decided to expand it to also include background stories for Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon.

For as long as any of the Cutie Mark Crusaders can remember, Diamond Tiara had always been the biggest bully they knew. But when that said bully dies in an accident, each of them starts to go through their own emotional experience from this sudden change in their lives. Each will learn more about themselves and about the pony who they all thought they knew before she is laid to rest.

Apple Bloom is having a normal day at Ponyville High; taking notes, listening to boring lectures, dodging doofus jocks and bullies like Diamond Tiara... that is, until she finds a note on her locker from someone she didn't think she would be seeing again for a long time.

Silver Spoon, the Cutie Mark Crusaders former bully alongside Diamond Tiara, has returned to Ponyville and invited them to attend her upcoming birthday party. But why? Follow the Crusaders and their friend as they prepare for the day, while reminiscing on the events, good and bad, that brought them to this point.

They'll soon find that gold isn't the only thing that can remain untarnished.

Cheerilee's class is at the Dragonfly Swamp for a field trip, and Apple Bloom is hoping that things will go smoothly. However, that hope quickly dissolves when she is paired with Silver Spoon for the field trip's group project. Apple Bloom expects the worst, but when Silver Spoon acts differently than expected, she learns a shocking secret. What is this secret? How will it impact her view of Silver Spoon?

Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon have been friends since they were very young, with Silver Spoon always looking up to Diamond Tiara, and constantly seeking her approval. However, as Silver Spoon grows older and experiences changes in her own life, she begins to question Diamond Tiara's actions and motives, and ultimately finds herself torn between choosing her own path, and sticking by the one pony who has always been at her side.

As she copes with memories of this filly, and her smaller body she seeks out some friends who will help her. One of Silver Spoon's classmates and best friends is a filly named Diamond Tiara. Will Silvia/Silver Spoon find her pony friends in time to help them before the anti-pony group PAPA plan an attack? Can Silver Spoon's upcoming journey with "Blank Flank" Babs Seed change her "Mean Pony" reputation?
