No doubt about it...there's definitely something strange going on at Canterlot High School.

Twilight Sparkle is determined to get to the bottom of this mystery.

But are the Rainbooms ready to deal with this Twilight Sparkle?

Twilight Sparkle never was a Unicorn and she didn't even know it.
What happens when her true heritage comes to light? Will she willingly embrace it? Or will she be forced to?

Michael Wilson lived for seven years as a normal, happy boy, until he had to go to the hospital for an operation to save his life. After falling asleep in the operating room, he wakes up in the ruins of a castle. But his location is not the only thing that has changed. ACT One: (Chapters 1-10)
After a fatal tragedy, Twilight wakes up in a situation unlike anything she had experienced before. How is she supposed to react when she finds herself reincarnated as the daughter of Queen Chrysalis, the very one who orchestrated her assassination? Does she give into the rage and loss of her former self, or does she hold true to the magic of friendship?

ACT Two: Synopsis incoming

A train Granny Smith was supposed to board is delayed. Having nothing better to do, the elderly mare asks Applejack to help her pass some time by reminiscing on the past. Resisting the urge to return back to work, the young farm pony agrees. Who would she be to deny her grandmother's request?

As the memories of the past are revisited, both mares learn about each other, and about themselves as well.

As far as antagonistic, anti-social teenagers went, I always figured I was relatively normal.
Aside from the fact that I talk to myself in my own head way too much.
And my thoughts are always like wildfires that can never be stopped, never be controlled.

I did say relatively.

Until I woke up this morning with a pink and purple stripe in my hair and Twilight Sparkle's voice in my head.
I knew my mom should have listened when I said there was something wrong with me... Now I'm actually, certifiably, insane.

This story is a sequel to Princess Celestia The Changeling Queen: Stories Behind the Mask

At the Royal Wedding, Chrysalis and the Changelings were revealed to all of Equestria.

But another mask was torn away that day. A mask born for a thousand years. A mask created on one promise. A mask, that has become synonymous, fused, to its bearer.

A mask that when ripped off, causes Twilight, her friends and Luna to question everything they ever knew about the one pony, one very important pony.

At the Royal Wedding, the meaning of the phrase 'Princess Celestia' changes forever.

NOTE: Chrysalis is NOT Celestia!!! That'd be impossible to pull off.
