Applebloom is convinced that these all have something to do with the stories that Granny Smith has been telling her all these years, and she and her friends begin to investigate the phenomena. Little do they know that their investigation will lead them on an adventure that will take them to a place they never could have imagined before, and show them things they never thought existed. Includes an OC who was a villain in a story I wrote for a project back in seventh grade.

Princess Celestia was going to enjoy her favorite snack, a dandelion and cheese sandwich, but arrived at a detour. What is the problem? She can't open her jar of pickles. With no other options left, she assembles the strongest ponies in the world to pick up where she failed. Who will accept the challenge?

In this strange tale of intrigue, Twilight Sparkle and Fluttershy find themselves stranded in a deserted town while an unseen presence watches their every move.

Inspired by The Twilight Zone episode

Sweetie Belle is invited by Twilight Sparkle to the decrepit castle in the Everfree to see if they can't find any other spell books, and Sweetie wouldn't lose such an opportunity. Unfortunately, she gets lost after a brief distraction and can't find her way back. The more she panics, the scarier and more twisted the trees started to become, and the more Sweetie starts to see things coming from the bark that disappear when she looks at them directly.

This idea would not leave me alone last night when I was trying to write the next chapter of my other story. I had to get it out of my head, so I posted it here. I hope this isn't terrible, and I hope this lets me finally get back on track.

Despite what one might think, Big Macintosh has been head-over-hooves in love with Trixie since she first came to Ponyville due to her (over)confidence and how she doesn't swoon over him like some other mares do. So when she ends up running late for a show while taking a temporary residence in Ponyville, Big Macintosh offers to return a book she borrowed from Twilight's library. However, Trixie implies that the legend written within it has a secret connection to her and her life, and Big Mac can't help but check out the book for himself in hopes of finding out more about her past. And that's when the questions start to pile up: just how is Trixie connected to Cantiolanus, the soldier in the book? Is being with Cheerilee so often to dissect the story making him think of her as more than a friend? And most important of all, how can someone like him, who's tethered to his land, possibly be with an artistic nomad like Trixie? Who will have to make the big sacrifice?

Inspired by a movement within the fandom to create more "eccentric" shippings. Each part begins with a portion of the Cantiolanus legend so that the reader can truly interact with the story. A rom-com for English nerds and hardcore bibliophiles.
