Unfortunately for her, they have a Secret Weapon. After all, isn't Miscommunication the real evil?

I know everyone and their cat has rewritten Anon-A-Miss, but I wanted to do a version that was, well, different than most. And how it would fit in with other stories I've made.

Twilight Sparkle never thought she would ever be interested in teaching. Her entire existance was spent devoted to the study of magic (and the avoidance of making friends). But everything changed after she hosted a presentation at Celestia's School for Gifted Unicorns, the very same school she failed to enter as a foal.

Now she is in tiny Ponyville. A village just to the west of Canterlot. It's small, quiet, and unassuming, Twilight Sparkle is certain that it's the perfect place to learn how to teach. After all, nothing happens in small towns, right?

Unfortunately for Twilight, destiny works in strange ways, and the very fate of Equestria may depend on... Making friends?!

Twilight Sparkle, accompanied by one Eshkhan "Spike" Vishap, is sent to the quaint town of Ponyville to oversee the Summer Sun Celebration and "make some friends." Twilight, however, is worried about the possible reawakening of the dreaded Nightmare Moon and finds herself frustrated at her inability to complete he study of the subject. Things take a turn for the worse when Nightmare herself shows up for the party.

When President Celestia and the second most talented physicist in America, also named Twilight Sparkle, ask her to help rediscover Equestria, Twilight finds that she simply can't refuse. A thousand years ago, humans and magic were inseparable. Unfortunately, after a group of power mad magicians nearly brought humanity, and the world, to the brink of destruction, it was ultimately decided that magic be sealed away to prevent disaster.

But not forever.

Slowly, the sealed magic would flow out and reunite with its owner. As such, the same council that separated the energy made a vow to slowly guide humanity to proper use of their gift. It did not matter how long it would take if it meant preventing the end.

With only shards of rock to her name and a band of ponies at her side, she sallies forth to bring back the Sun. She will traverse field and mountain, desert and labyrinth if she needs to. Will she be able to solve the mystery of the Elements of Harmony? Who was NightMare Moon, and what evils come to Equestria apart from her everlasting night? And why does Queen Celestia believe that making friends takes priority over everything else for Twilight...?
