They are the world’s special forces operators, the best of the best no one sees. Employed by the covert organization known as the Network, MANE teams operate around the world to protect the Network's global interests. Despite their unique personalities, these motley squads of citizens, soldiers, and criminals have completed countless missions together. But in a period of an imperfect peace, many unit had been deactivated. MANE operators went back to their homes in the hopes of rebuilding their lives in harmony. That is about to change.

Twilight, a student of the Network, has received the first assignment of her academic career. As Cell’s personal protégé, she has been tasked with overseeing preparations for a historic diplomatic meeting. But after her mission takes an unexpected turn, an unforeseen evil threatens to destroy the Network and plunge the world into eternal darkness. Against uncertain odds, Twilight must unite MANE VI and fight to restore Harmony, while realizing her place in the world along the way.

Contains humanized, militarized FiM characters in an alternate universe, set on a near-future Earth.
Rated Teen for: scenes of combat, violence, swearing.

This story is a sequel to Godzilla's Lost Child

It all started out when Godzilla awoke from the ice. He went towards the Crystal Empire and easily defeats the Mane Six, only to find out that Twilight Sparkle is his long-lost daughter. He wanted to put his rage behind him, put Equestria behind him, put everything behind him and his daughter.

It went typical from there, a new threat arrives, Twilight returns to Equestria with her friends, fights the threat, accepts her past and defeats it, achieving a hybrid form in the process. But this isn't the end of the story of Twilight Sparkle's adventures.

Three months after the events that led Twilight to accept who she is, and a new adventure begins as a mysterious island a little more than four times the size of Manehattan rises form the ocean waters a few miles southeast of the Dragon Island, one containing an even more mysterious city that was hidden under the sea for millions of years, one supposedly inhabited by the humans from the past.

Now, Twilight Sparkle had another adventure in hand, but this time, she's not alone. Follow her as she and her friends search for the city's ancient knowledge along with a mysterious griffon hermit before they fall into the hands of another evil set on world domination.

The princess of the night has a daughter named Twilight Sparkle. When Luna is banished to the moon. Twilight feels nothing, just the hatred of Celestia for having banished her mother to the moon. whenever she looks at the moon, the only present feeling is sadness.

How much hate could one pony have? That was something Luna had recently discovered. A pony returns holding a bloodlust grudge against two certain princesses. Fulled by pure rage along with the help of certain dangerous ponies. He will seek out his revenge by committing the most terrible crime. He will take the life of a very special pony, dear to Luna's heart.

The lunar princess is feeling like her world is crumbling around her! Death, loss, conflict, pain, and tragedy. How can she continue on with her life when everything she loves is suddenly taken away from her?

In the aftermath of the Changeling invasion, Twilight Sparkle realized the great (and, in retrospect, obvious) flaw of the Elements of Harmony - They may well be Equestria's greatest weapon against evil in the right hooves, but the artifacts themselves are vulnerable.

But what if the power of the Elements could be summoned without the jeweled necklaces, without the tiara? Working off little more then cryptic hints from her mentor, Twilight embarked on a mission, plumbing the depths of the royal archives to rediscover an ancient ritual, one which could concentrate the Elements within their living vessels...a ritual she has finally found.

What's the worst that can happen?

Canterlot... For centuries, Canterlot was the shining gem of Equestria, the pinnacle of pony society. Now, it’s a reminder, a bleak and monolithic warning to the world. 

Changed by the chemical and technological poisons that plague the mountain, an abomination of nature, I wander the greatest disaster Equestria has ever seen. 

... I will escape eventually, and when I do, I hope my friends still see me as Twilight Sparkle, and not the monster that hides among the ruins. 

A different take on alicorn ascension. Sixteen years after arriving in Ponyville, Twilight Sparkle is excited to have invented a brand-new kind of spell, but it will come with consequences she cannot possibly anticipate. Meanwhile, threats in shadows around the world conspire to overthrow the Solar Throne. With her world turned upside down, she will have to come to terms with the role that fate has dealt her while straining to keep Celestia in power.

All episodes in season three and later are non-canon for this story, which also means there's no Crystal Empire in this one. In addition, the promotional map released close to the beginning of season three was also not available and is not compatible with this story. While the OC tag is active because there are OCs in the story, they're really just supporting characters. The focus is on Twilight.)

Twilight Sparkle's wildest dreams have just been met, and exceeded. Due to an unexpected magical outburst during her entrance exam to Princess Celestia's School for Gifted Unicorns, the Solar Princess herself took an interest and took Twilight on as her personal student.

This was a pleasant shock for Twilight and her family. However, a few months later, a less pleasant shock would reach Twilight in the form of Celestia returning to Canterlot with a new daughter, a freshly adopted pegasus filly named Rainbow Dash. As the two get to know each other, Twilight can clearly see something eating at the self absorbed and competitive filly's mind.

To make matters even more confusing, Princess Celestia is now hiding something. Twilight dares not question it, but it is quite clear that Celestia isn't being wholly open with anypony about her decision to adopt some random orphan.

Could the answers have something to do with the cryptic dream Twilight had the night before she met Rainbow Dash?

Princess Luna arrives in Ponyville and begins to do wonderful things in the life of Twilight Sparkle. They become close friends...maybe even more, but when Twilight discovers that Luna may be after the throne the unicorn must choose whether to follow her head...or her heart.

After Nightmare Night, Luna realizes that there is still ponies who disrespect her and her night. After many consecutive ponies showing Celestia more respect than her will she be tempted to cause Daylight's End? This time once and for all?
