Twilight Sparkle was in her mother’s bedroom hugging her doll called Smarty Pants with adoration. She really loved her doll. She had won from her mother, the princess of the night, Princess Luna, on her recent birthday. Her mother had been very happy that her daughter liked the gift.
Then she heard a sound of doors sliding open. Twilight Sparkle dropped her doll and looked at the door to see who it was, but then a smile came over her, realizing it was just her mother, with a smile on her face. Twilight Sparkle ran to her mother and hugged one of Luna’s front hooves.
“Hi, my little star, what did you do while I was gone?” asked Luna as she caressed her daughter’s forehead.
Twilight Sparkle let go of Luna’s hooves and looked at her mother with the same smile before answering, “i was playing with Smarty Pants. I really loved her”
“I’m glad you really enjoyed it”, said Luna with a smile before her smile fell. Twilight noticed her mother’s face and wanted to know what was happening, “mom? What happened? Was it something I said?” asked Twilight Sparkle with a possible panic.
Her mother noticed that her daughter had noticed her sad expression and decided to respond, “It’s just ... Twilight, you know I’m the princess of the night, right?” asked Luna
“Yes mom. You even told me that I would be the princess of the stars when I grew older” said Twilight Sparkle now calm.
“It’s just that the ponies are avoiding me and avoiding my night” said Luna.
A silence stayed in the room, before Twilight broke it, “but why, Mother? Why do they avoid you and avoid the night? “ asked Twilight Sparkle now sad.

Twilight Sparkle was speechless with a sad expression on her face, sorry for what her mother was going through.
”I’ll have to end it somehow”, whispered Luna in a somber way.
Twilight Sparkle heard what her mother said and decided to speak, “mother, please don’t be mad, you know you do have a pony that likes your night. And it’s me” said Twilight Sparkle as she hugged one of her mother’s front hooves as tears threatened to come out of her eyes.
Luna noticed her daughter’s tears. She wiped the tears from Twilight with a huff, “i’m really sorry, Twilight,” said Luna. “Would you like to watch the night sky with me?”
“Yes!” exclaimed Twilight Sparkle cheerfully as she jumped.
Twilight Sparkle and Luna went to the balcony of the castle for the observation of the night sky.
Luna was happy that at least someone enjoyed the night.
After a few hours, as it was dawning, Luna heard a snort. She looked down to see her daughter sleeping peacefully while snoring. Luna flashed a smile as she rose from the balcony and picked up Twilight with her magic.
She entered the room and put Twilight on her bed and covered it with the blanket of the bed. The blanket had drawings of stars and waning moons. She stared at her daughter with a maternal smile as she caressed her mane.
“Don’t worry, my little star,”said Luna. “I’ll be right back”
She kissed the brow of her daughter before leaving the room and going to the throne room.
Celestia entered the throne room. She didn’t know why her sister had asked her to come here.
“Not another step”, said Luna with a serious look as she stepped out from behind her throne.
“Luna? Why did you call me to come here?” asked Celestia curiously.
“Do you really want me to stand idly by, while everyone was enjoying by your precise light?!” said Luna with an irritated face.
“Luna? What are you talking about?” asked Celestia confused.
“There can only be two princesses in Equestria, and these princesses ...” Luna paused dramatically before continuing. “It’ll be ... ME AND MY DAUGHTER!” finished Luna with Canterlot’s real voice.
As a result of her scream, a wall began to crack and part opens, being possible to see the sun. Luna then stood up from her front hooves as she used her magic to lift the moon and cover the sun. Suddenly, shadows began to emerge. Black shadows began to swirl at hers thickening until she was not more view. The black ball soon exploded into a light blue ball, within it came a shadow of a beggar. The alicorn’s eyes opened were greenish in color and dilated in dragon eyes, her teeth became tusks, and the mane and syrup was now curling into the night sky. The alicorn began to laugh malefically as her hooves landed on the ground.
Twilight Sparkle then woke up with a laugh, but still drowsy and with the mane a little messy.
’Mom?’
Then she got out of bed and went to where she was listening to the laughter.
“Luna?” asked Celestia as she stared at the alicorn.
“Luna? I’m am ... Nightmare Moon! And I only have a real duty now! TO DESTROY YOU!” said Nightmare Moon before casting a spell of damage to Celestia.
Celestia swerved as she flew off the exit that her sister had left.
Nightmare Moon watched her flee before answering with an evil smile on her face.
“And where do you think you’re going?” Nightmare Moon said before flying and going after Celestia.
But unfortunately, she couldn’t do it because she heard a well-known voice, “m-mother ?!” asked Twilight Sparkle startled.
Nightmare Moon looked worriedly at her, “daughter? What are you doing here? I thought you were asleep“ said Nightmare Moon in a worried tone.
“I was. Until I heard a sound of a laugh and end up waking me up, so I decided to see where the laughter was coming from and come across you in that way. What’s going on?”
“Daughter, listen. What I’m about to do is protect you and and my subjects love me and admire my night” explained Nightmare Moon to her daughter.
As Twilight was intelligent, she soon realized what her mother meant, “mom, Please, you don’t have to destroy Celestia because of me, and besides, I love and admire your night. Is not that enough?” Twilight Sparkle began to cry as tears and tears began to fall from her eyes.
As if to make effects, the slits became normal eyes again, “twilight, I ...” Nightmare Moon tried to say but then a flash came from the sky and Nightmare Moon and Twilight had to cover their eyes with a huff.
Suddenly, Twilight heard a scream.
”NNNOOOOOOO !!”
Twilight opened her eyes and removed the hull of her eyes to see, now, on the moon, a silhouette.
“Mom!” scremead Twilight Sparkle as tears began to fall on her cheeks. She sank to the floor as she continued to cry.
Suddenly, she heard a sound of hooves landing on the ground and approaching Twilight, “twilight? Are you ok? Why are you crying?”Celestia asked her niece.
Twilight then looked at her aunt, with a furious look, but tears still in her eyes, “why I am crying ?! Why did you banish my mother ?! Didn’t you see she was about to surrender?!”
Celestia was surprised at the tone of Twilight Sparkle, but soon responded, “twilight, listen. That wasn’t your mother, that wasn’t Luna. It was Nightmare Moon”
“That was my mother, yes! Why did you do that?! Why did you banish her away from me?!” said Twilight So still irritated with tears in her eyes.
“I did it because it was necessary. Otherwise her would cause eternal night”
“Beautiful excuse. You care more about your image in the kingdom than with your family”, said Twilight Sparkle angrily.
“Niece, please. I’m also sad about what I had to do. But ... “Celestia tried to speak but Twilight Sparkle soon interrupted, “when will she return? I want my mother back!”
“In the thousandth year. And I believe there is no way to make her return from the moon to Equestria by then“, replied Celestia.

"No, you're wrong, ma'am. I'm not your daughter, I'm the daughter of Princess Luna. "
"Oh. You've got amnesia. "Twilight Velvet said as she put a hull on Twilight's forehead.
"I'm not with amnesia!" Twilight said almost screaming at Velvet. She didn't want to be rude to her, but the unicorn was already starting to annoy her.
"There, there, daughter. Soon, soon, I know you'll remember everything. "Twilight Velvet said with a hull bearing the Twilight mane.
'Why does she keep calling me daughter? And why am I here ?!' Twilight thought angrily.
"Why do you keep calling me daughter? Where I am? And why am I here? " Twilight wanted to know.
Twilight Velvet took her hoof out of Twilight mane to respond. "I told you. You're home and you're here because you're our daughter. "
"Our daughter?" Twilight asked confused.
"Yes, Twilight." a new voice responded, heading toward the room she and Twilight Velvet were in.
At the door of the room came a pale blue unicorn with dark blue mane, he had a Cutie Mark of two moons, a smaller crescent moon white and a waning yellow moon.
"Who are you?" Twilight asked the unicorn who just appeared.
"I'm Night Light, Twilight." said Night Light.
Twilight was relieved that he didn't call her a daughter. But she wanted to ask this unicorn something, but she feared the answer.
"I guess, you're my dad, right?" Twilight asked with a dull face.
Night Light seemed happy with the response he received. "Yes, daughter. I realize that you are already recovering your memory."
That was what she feared. These two unicorns were thinking she was their daughter. She wanted to do nothing, but sleep now and wake up the next day and see that it was all a sleep.
"I already said! I'm not your daughter!" Twilight shouted angrily at the two unicorns.
Suddenly a new voice spoke, but from downstairs.
"What shout is that up there?" Asked an unfamiliar voice.
Night Light left the room. "Ah, Shinning. Come to the room your sister has already woken up. "
Then hoofbeats were heard until they reached the room. Twilight saw Night Light with a white unicorn in mane and dark blue tail with Cutie Mark of a shell with a pink star. She was surprised that they had a son and that the pink star on the white unicorn's Cutie Mark was almost equal to hers.
Shinning Armor looked at Twilight with a smile on his face. "I see you woke up, little sister. Are you alright?"
Twilight stared at everypony in the room with a shocked face. She felt as if she had been adopted by another family.
"You're not my real family," Twilight said with tears starting to stream from her eyes.
"Why, we are, honey." Twilight Velvet said.
"You're not!" Twilight shouted in Canterlot's real voice. Everypony in the room were pushed back in a frightened face.
Twilight started to cry. They didn't believe she was Luna's mother and she didn't know why she was here. She wanted to know what they were doing before she came here.
She wiped her tears with a hoof before asking. "What were you doing before I showed up here?"
Twilight Velvet and Night Light suddenly felt insecure, as if what she had said was like asking where the foals come from.
"Well?" Twilight asked wanting to know.
"Honey, we shouldn't tell you this now, but we were afraid that if we didn't tell you now that you asked, you'd always be asking us." Twilight Velvet told Twilight a little nervously.
Twilight was a little relieved and happy that maybe now they would tell her why she was here.
"And you're absolutely right. So now tell me why I'm here."
Twilight Velvet and Night Light were in the living room. Twilight Velvet was reading a magazine while Night Light was reading the Canterlot newspaper. Until they hear a knock on the door. Twilight Velvet takes the eyes off of the magazine, leaves the magazine on the table and goes to the door.
"I'm coming," Twilight Velvet said as she headed toward the door.
When she opened the door, she was surprised to see Celestia in the door holding a purple unicorn with dark blue hair with pink lines and a Cutie Mark of a pink star around five white stars, with a medical band on her abdomen. The unicorn was asleep.
"Y-your majesty," Twilight Velvet said as she bowed.
"Please don't be formal with me now. I need you and your family to do me a favor."
Twilight Velvet returned to its normal position and looked at Celestia to answer it.
"Yes. What would you like me and my family to do? "Twilight Velvet asked.
"Listen, I need you, Night Light and Shinning Armor, to adopt my niece."
Twilight Velvet was surprised that the princess had a niece, but that wouldn't mean she wouldn't do what she asked.
"Yes, I will." Twilight Velvet nodded, Celestia looked relieved at the answer.
"When should we tell her that she's adopted?" Twilight Velvet wanted to know.
"Until my sister returns from her exile, about the thousandth year. That is, this coming summer sun celebration. " Celestia explained nervously fearing what Twilight Velvet might answer.

Twilight was surprised that nothing bad happened when she slept. But there was still something that left her with doubts.
"What is the Summer Sun Celebration?" Twilight asked curiously.

Suddenly, Twilight felt a feeling she had never thought to feel: Hate. She felt hatred for several reasons: She banished her mother to the moon when she was about to surrender, put her to sleep, took her wings, made her adopted by a family of unicorns. "Daughter, are you okay?" Twilight Velvet asked, noticing the expression of Twilight's anger.
Twilight still irritated, used her magic and grabbed everyone in the room.
"IF YOU WANT TO BE MY NEW FAMILY, IT'S BETTER THAN REFLECT ME JUST LIKE TWILIGHT !!" Twilight shouted using Canterlot's real voice.
Twilight Velvet, Night Light and Shinning Armor nodded in fright. That done, Twilight let go of them all and put them down.
It was late at night and Twilight was on the balcony staring at the moon, where her mother was. Every time the night comes and she always looks at the moon, she will only be able to feel sadness.
Even if her adoptive family tried to help her with the sorrow she was having, it was no use. She wanted Luna to come back to her. But she knew she couldn't. Her mother would only return at this next summer sun celebration, and to get that day was more or less, a month remaining.

"Twilight. I respect that you are the daughter of a princess. But we are your parents now. So go to your bed and sleep now. " Twilight Velvet said in an almost authoritative voice. She didn't like talking to her adopted daughter like that, but Twilight must know who was in charge.
In response, Twilight only groaned in frustration and went to lie down in her bed to go to sleep. She took out a part of the blanket, then lay down on the bed and covered it up to her neck.
Twilight Velvet went to her daughter's bed to kiss her good night before going to bed and going to sleep.
It took a few minutes for Twilight to get some sleep because she was accustomed to staying awake at night and her body was not used to sleeping at that moment. But then she got to sleep.
Twilight was in a sea of darkness, confused.
"H-hello?" Twilight asked.
Suddenly she heard a distant voice, but it wasn't that far from her.
"Twilight?" Asked a voice she had not heard in a while.
Twilight's ears brightened and a smile appeared on her face.
"Mom? Is that you? Where are you? " Twilight asked wanting to know.
Then a form of alicorn appeared. Twilight realized that her mother was in the form she had known since she was a baby. Luna was smiling at her, but soon her smile fell, noticing something different in her daughter.
"Daughter, where are your wings?"
Twilight stared at the spot where her wings were before answering her mother. But suddenly, she felt insecure, she feared that if she told her mother why she was without wings, she would end up killing her aunt. Twilight hated what her aunt did to her and her mother, but she didn't want Luna to become a monster because of her.
Luna noticed the tension and nervousness that her daughter was having, she went to her daughter and hugged her with one of her wings.
Twilight felt her mother's wing and took a deep breath to try to calm down.
When Twilight calmed down, Luna decided to ask.
"Are you calm now, my little star?"
Twilight nodded.
"Good. Now, would you like to talk about why you're without your wings? "Luna asked.
In response, Twilight just stared at the floor in thought about how she should explain without Luna deciding to try to murder her aunt because of her.
"You promise not to get mad?" Twilight asked.
"Why would I stay, my little star?"
"Because the reason I was without wings is because Celestia put a sleep spell on me and took them while I slept, but she didn't wake me up after she did that. She only woke me up for about a thousandth year, and when she brought me to a new family, it was already the thousandth year. "Twilight explained, staring at the floor, not wanting to see her mother's face.
"She did what ?!" Luna almost screamed in anger. She couldn't believe that besides being banished to the moon, her daughter was targeted by Celestia. Celestia had taken off her daughter's wings and made her daughter stay away from her.
"But why did she take off her wings?" Luna asked wanting to know.
Twilight stared at her mother's face. "I don't know, Mother. I just know that. That's what my adoptive parents told me about what Celestia had said about my sleep."
Luna frowned and felt like something was about to explode inside her.
"Mother?" Twilight asked, now frightened by the face her mother was doing.
Luna was in dragon slits and her teeth were creaking with rage as black shadows began to appear around her and grab Luna's hooves.
But before Twilight could do anything to try to calm her mother, she heard a noise of alarm ringing.
Twilight opened her eyes to see an alarm clock on a support table, making noise, Twilight turned off the alarm clock, got out of bed and went to the bathroom.
After using the bathroom to clean her mane, she went down the stairs to go to the living room. When she reached the bottom step, she smelled delicious pancakes. Twilight went to the table to go eat breakfast.
After Twilight and her adopted family had eaten, Twilight had an idea what to do in the morning.
"Velvet, I'm going to a library from here to read a book, okay?" Twilight told her foster mother.
"Of course dear. Would you like me to take you to Canterlot's library? "Twilight Velvet said.
Twilight thought for a moment. She didn't know the streets of Canterlot, so her chances of getting lost were too big.
"Okay. But then let me there and then I'll come home by myself," Twilight said.
After Twilight Velvet left Twilight in the library, Twilight started looking for a book to read. Until a title caught her attention. The book had a picture of a unicorn with only its head and neck on its cover. She picked up the book and went to a table with a chair to begin reading.
'Once upon a time, in the enchanted kingdom of Equestria, two princess sisters who ruled together and guaranteed harmony to every kingdom.'

'Reluctantly, the older sister resorted to the most powerful magic known in the realm of ponies: The Elements of Harmony! Using the magic of the elements of harmony, she defeated the younger sister and permanently imprisoned her on the moon. The older sister assumed responsibility for both: Sun and moon. And the harmony has been maintained in Equestria for generations since then. '
Twilight finished reading, and it seemed quite suprised. Because the story was telling of her aunt and her mother. But she couldn't understand why she wasn't in the story, because she's part of the royal family, or she did, since her aunt took off her wings.
She left the book on the table to see and read another book. She then found a book called: The mare on the moon. She took the book with her magic and set it on the table to begin reading.
'The mare on the moon: 'An ancient fable of ponies. A powerful pony who wanted to rule Equestria. Beaten by the Elements of harmony and imprisoned in the moon. Legend has it that in the longest day of the thousandth year the stars will help her escape and she will bring the eternal night. '
Twilight is now more than surprised, she was confused as well. One book said that her mother was stuck on the moon forever, but another said she would not stay there forever. Well, she thought it best not to question. Because she knew her mother would return next month. And she couldn't be more than excited to see her mother again.
She took the two books and went to the mare who was at the table the of the ponies asked to get a book to read at home and then return.
"I'll take these two,"
After Twilight left the library with both books, she went home to read it again at home.
When she got home, she gave hi to her foster family and went to her room to read again the books she took from the library.
After the book had finished replaying the two books, she decided to keep it on a bookcase that had no book room.
'Remember Twilight. Don't forget to return the book next week.'
She went downstairs and went to a living room for her foster parents she wanted to get out of. She saw her foster mother reading a magazine in the living room.
"I'm going out for a walk, okay?
Twilight Velvet took her eyes off the magazine to answer.
"Sure. Just don't come home at night. "With that said, she turned her eyes to the magazine with her magic.
"Okay," Twilight looked at her foster mother before leaving her house to explore a little more Canterlot.
As twilight walked the streets of Canterlot, she saw a unicorn with a brown backpack with a yellow and red sun. The orange unicorn carried a purple dragon with green scales on its back. Twilight approached the unicorn to meet him.
"Hello, my name is Twilight Sparkle. What is your?"
"My name is Sunset Shimmer, and this is my dragon Spike.
"Nice to meet you," Spike said, waving his hand.
"Oh, nice to meet you both." Twilight then has an idea. "Hey! Sunset Let's go out together today, if you want and can?
Sunset Shimmer lowered her head and lowered her ears, while she had a sad expression on her face.
"I'm sorry, but I can't today. Me and Spike Let's go to the library to study a subject, you can come with us, if you want. "
"Okay, I have nothing to do." Twilight said with a smile.

"It's about the return of Nightmare Moon"
Suddenly, Twilight is shocked and possibly angry. Shocked, that she wasn't the only one who knew of her mother's return. And angry, Because Sunset Shimmer could be a student of Celestia. Twilight didn't want Sunset Shimmer to see her angry, so she took a deep breath and relaxed before responding.
"How do you know Nightmare Moon will return?" Twilight asked, trying not to look irritated.
"Well, once Princess Celestia told me to read a book about the mare on the moon, so I did as she asked and read. But then, I decided to research more about it, and found a book called 'The Mare on the Moon'. "In the book it was said that in the longest day, in the thousandth year, the stars would aid it in its flight and it will bring the eternal night." Sunset explained.
Twilight had doubts. Sunset Shimmer read the book 'The Mare on the Moon' before it in the library or Celestia had a copy of the book in the castle and gave Sunset Shimmer read? She had to know.
"The book you read about Nightmare Moon, did Celestia give it to you or did you read it in the library? "
"Celestia gave me the chance to read it too after I finished reading the story about the mare on the moon,"Sunset Shimmer replied.
Twilight then decided to ask something, which seemed obvious, but she didn't want to accuse. "So, you're a student of Princess Celestia?"
"Yes I am. I'm the most dedicated student she's ever had." Sunset Shimmer said with a proud smile.
Twilight tried not to show anger at her, because obviously Sunset Shimmer would have strangled her behavior.
When they reached the library, Sunset Shimmer asked a mare if she had a book about the mare on the moon, the mare from the library said that a pony had already taken to read. Sunset Shimmer was saddened by the response. Twilight was relieved, because the two books were with her. They spent the afternoon in the library reading other kinds of books in the library.
Sunset Shimmer and Twilight realized they had stayed at night, and with that, Sunset Shimmer said goodbye to Twilight, and Twilight said goodbye to Sunset Shimmer. Both going to their homes.
As Twilight walked toward her house, she stared at the moon where her mother was. It was only a month before the summer sun celebration for her mother to be released. And for her to wait, it would be very difficult. She felt tears begin to pop into her eyes as she continued on her way home.
When Twilight finally came home, she saw her parents and her brother looking at her. They looked a little angry, but more worried.
"Where were you? I told you not to get home when it gets dark. "Twilight Velvet said in a worried tone, but angry too.
"Look, the important thing is I've already got home, okay?" Twilight said as she walked up the stairs to her room.

Twilight just nodded and went up the stairs to go to her room.
Twilight was on the balcony, staring at the moon, tears streaming from her eyes. She could hardly wait for her mother to return and she could hug her, she would tell her mother that she was waiting for her return.
Twilight was so fixed on the moon with tears streaming down her cheeks that she didn't even hear the sound of hooves coming from behind her.
"You miss her, right?" Twilight Velvet said, now next to her adopted daughter.
Twilight was startled by the presence of Twilight Velvet and looked at her, still with tears in her eyes.
"Yes. I miss her so much. "Twilight said, tried to hold back her tears.
"Don't worry. I know soon enough, so you and she can be together again. "Twilight Velvet said, trying to cheer her adopted daughter.
"Thank you," Twilight said as a small smile appeared on her face.
"You're welcome, good evening." Twilight Velvet said as she left the room, leaving Twilight alone on the balcony.
Twilight looked at the moon one last time, before going into the bedroom, lying in bed, and sleeping.
Twilight awoke again in a sea of darkness. She began to think that every time she went to sleep, her mother would come into her dream to keep her company, and she liked it.
"Mom? Mom? Where are you? "Twilight asked looking at the darkness around her.
But nothing answered her. No hoofbeats, no sound of voice, no hiss. She started to walk and look left and right as she searched for her mother.
"Look, Mom, if this is your game, I'm not liking it." Twilight said as she stopped walking.
More silence was the response she received. She was already starting to get scared, worried and tense.
She lay down on her stomach as she began to cry.
"Please, mother ... Show up ... If this is a game, this is no longer grace ... I need your hug ... I want you to hold me and tell me that everything will be alright ..."
"But everything will be fine, my little star ..." a deep voice sounded from the darkness.
Twilight got up, startled by the voice. She knew that voice. And she was very scared.
As if the voice felt her fear, she replied.
"Oh come on, My little star. I didn't mean to scare you ... "
Twilight looked everywhere, but she couldn't find the owner of the voice. Her hooves trembled, her body trembling, and she began to sweat nervously.
Suddenly, she felt herself being embraced by large bat wings. She looked up to see two large green drachy slits, looking at her, lovingly. Twilight was startled by the dragon slits looking at her.
The left bat wing moved to her mane to caress, while the right wing still held Twilight. Twilight wanted so much to escape the darkness she was and to wake up from the dream she was having. Then she slowly began to come out of the hug, only for the wings to bring her back where she was and continue to caress her mane and Twilight was paralyzed thinking about what to do.
Suddenly, a hug of loving hooves enveloped Twilight, the dragon slits and wings receded, Nightmare Moon's body formed around Twilight. She saw her mother, in the form of Nightmare Moon, hugging her with her hooves, while the wings were no longer wrapped around Twilight. Nightmare Moon was looking at her daughter with a smile and loving eyes as one of the hooves caressed the Twilight mane and the other hunk held Twilight.
Twilight closed her eyes and gritted her teeth as she squirmed, trying to get out of her mother's embrace. Nightmare Moon seemed to notice and raised an eyebrow.
"Twilight? Are you alright?"
Twilight stopped squirming to answer her mother.
"I just wish you'd let me go," Twilight said, waiting for her mother to release her from the maternal embrace. In which, for her happiness, her mother she let go of the hug and she looked sad about it.
"I'm really sorry, Twilight. It's just that when you told me about the wings, and you said that Celestia had stolen your wings and that's all you knew about their wings being taken, I couldn't fell anything but an uncontrollable desire to destroy Celestia for her have done it with you. "Yes, your majesty. Would you like me to bring you here? " Twilight Velvet offered.

Twilight then heard hoofbeats, closer and closer. Twilight turned her head to the wall, not wanting to receive the pony that caused her pain. Then, the door to Twilight's room opened, and her aunt entered the room.
"Hi Twilight," Celestia greeted her niece.
Twilight stared at the wall, sulking. But she answered her.
"What do you want?" Twilight said tartly.
Celestia looked surprised into Twilight's tone, but continued.
"I came here to ask you to go to Ponyville for the summer sun celebration."
Twilight turned to look at her aunt.
"Why?! For me to enjoy this ridiculous party of sun and day ?!" Twilight shouted in anger at Celestia.
Celestia jumped back, startled.
"Niece, you have to go."
"Why should I?! I hate this celebration. Especially because it's in honor of you and your damn sun! "Twilight shouted with hatred.
Celestia didn't know what to say to calm Twilight. Then she remembered something.
"Sunset Shimmer told me you made friendship with her."
'Of course, Celestia's perfect student likes to report what she does.' Twilight thought with anger.
"She'll be in Ponyville to check out preparations for summer sun celebration. Would you like to go along with her? " Celestia asked her niece if she wanted to accompany her student.
Twilight's expression changed from anger to thoughtful.
'So if the celebration will be in Ponyville, it means that my mother will show up in ponyville. I'm just going to agree to go, so I can meet with my mother and stay away from my aunt.'
"Okay, I'll go with her. But only because she's my friend." Twilight said, not a complete lie.
Like, she just didn't like her, because of the fact that Sunset Shimmer was her aunt's student, but Sunset Shimmer was so cool to her. And she was still in doubt whether she should tell her mother about Sunset Shimmer today or not. But she knew her mother would want to know today, after all, she would be released when the moon rises today.
Sunset Shimmer, Spike and Twilight were already in Ponyville. They were walking toward Sweet Apple Acres, until a pink ground pony fell over with them.
"I'm sorry, I didn't see you," Pinkie Pie said as she got up and looked at the three of them.
"Hi, my name is ..." Sunset Shimmer tried to introduce herself, but Pikie Pie jumped up as she screamed in surprise and fled away. Twilight, Sunset Shimmer, and Spike bent down, before looking in the direction the pony had gone.
"Well, that was interesting ..." Sunset Shimmer said a little surprised and uncertain with what happened.
Twilight, Sunset Shimmer and Spike entered the farm gate until they heard a scream and were startled.

"Good afternoon, my name is Sunset Shimmer and this is Twilight Sparkle ..." She introduced her and her partner, before the orange mare began to shake the hull of Sunset Shimmer and Twilight as she introduced herself.
"As Sunset and Twilight pleasure, it's a pleasure to meet your people. I'm Applejack, and here at Sweet Apple Acres, we like to make new friends. "
Twilight and Sunset seemed surprised by Applejack's strength to swing the two hooves.
Applejack stopped shaking both hooves and asked. "So, What can I do for you, ladies? "
But the hooves of Twilight and Sunset kept swinging up and down. Spike touched the hooves to stop them from moving. That done, he closed his eyes as he held the laughter.
"We are here to oversee preparations for the summer sun celebration. Are you responsible for the food? " Sunset Shimmer said.

Applejack took a breath before continuing. "Big Magtosh, Apple Bloom and ..." Applejack picked up two green apples and put one in Sunset's mouth and another in Twilight's before continuing. "Granny Smith. Wake up, Granny Smith. We got visit. "
There was an old pony in a rocking chair asleep, but it woke up soon.
"W-what? Buoy time? I am here. I'm coming in, "Granny Smith said as she stepped out of her chair and approached.

Sunset and Twilight spat the apple that was in their mouths before they laughed.

Spike began to look up at the sky as he spoke. "Hm, where is the pegasus pony named Rainbow Dash, responsible for the clouds?"
Sunset Shimmer and Twilight looked up at the sky, only to see a lot of clouds in the sky.

Rainbow Dash went up the cloud and started jumping on it to get water out. After a few seconds, she stopped, and went to see the result. Sunset and Twilight had wet mane.
"Hehe, ops. I exaggerated. Hey, how about this here? "Rainbow Dash said before forming a swirl of rainbow color around Twilight and Sunset Shimmer.

Rainbow Dash then stepped out of the cloud and started cleaning the sky with the back plugs. And the time was exactly ten seconds. Twilight, Sunset and Spike were suppressed by this.
"What's up? What I said? Ten seconds flat. I've never seen you in Ponyville. " Rainbow Dash said landing on a bridge.
Sunset and Twilight were still full of surprises.
"Haha. You needed to see your face. Hehe. You guys are cool. Sunset Shimmer and Twilight Sparkle. I want to see you again." Rainbow Dash said with a grin before she flew away.
Spike looked at Sunset Shimmer and Twilight Sparkle. "Wow. She is awesome."
Spike began to play on a piece of horsehair of Sunset Shimmer, before ending up laughing. Sunset and Twilight continued on their way to the prefecture, with nothing contented faces. Spike noticed and followed them.
"Hey, Wait! It's even beautiful after we get used to it! "Spike said, trying to cheer Sunset Shimmer and Twilight.
"It's beautiful," Spike said.

Suddenly, Sunset, Spike and Twilight heard a song of birdsong and they decided to see where it came from. They came out of a bush to see a yellow-colored mare with light pink mane.
"Spike, stay here. We'll be back soon." Sunset Shimmer asked Spike. And he nodded.
"Hello!" Sunset Shimmer said as she approached the yellow mare.
Flurttershy screamed in alarm and looked down to see two unicorn mares.
"Oh no. I'm so sorry. I didn't want to scare your birds. We're just here to check out the song and is so beautiful. " Sunset Shimmer said.
There was a silence between the three mares. Sunset Shimmer gave a nervous smile as she looked left and right.
"My name is Sunset Shimmer and this is Twilight Sparkle. And what's yours? "Sunset Shimmer said with a smile, introducing her and her partner.
"Oh. My name is Flurtteshy ..." Flurttershy says her name in a low voice.
"Sorry, what did you say?" Sunset Shimmer asked.
"Oh. My name is Flurttershy ... "Flurttershy spoke her name in an even lower voice.
"We still don't understand,"Twilight said.
Flurtteshy just hid her face in the mane in response. And again, silence.

Flurtteshy walked over to Spike, not noticing that she pushed Sunset Shimmer and Twilight away.
"I had never seen a baby dragon before. He's so cute." Flurtteshy said with a smile.
"Well, well, well." Spike said as he stared at Sunset and Twilight stunned before returning to Flurtteshy.
"Oh my God. He speaks. I didn't know that dragons spoke. This is so incredibly fantastic, that I don't even know what to say." Flurtteshy said, still smiling.
Suddenly, a turquoise magic grabbed Spike and placed him on the back of Sunset Shimmer.
"So we better get going,"said Sunset.
"Wait, wait. What's your name?" Flurtteshy said as she followed Sunset, Twilight and Spike.
"I'm Spike,"Spike replied.
"Hi, Spike. My name is Flurtteshy. Wow, a talking dragon. And what do the dragons talk about? "Flurtteshy said, still walking.
"What do you want to know?" Spike asked.
"Absolutely all,"Flurtteshy replied.
In response, Twilight groaned in frustration, while Sunset Shimmer didn't seem to care.
"So it all started with a little purple and green egg ..." Spike started to tell his story.
"... And that's the story of my whole life," Spike finished telling his story.
"I mean, to this day. Do you want to hear it about today? " Spike said.
"Oh, I do. Please,"Flurtteshy said.

"Surprise! Hi, I'm Pinkie Pie. And organize this party just for you. Were you surprised? Are you? Are you? " Pinkie Pie said very happy.
"Very suprised,"Sunset Shimmer said, smiling.
"Libraries should be quiet,"Twilight said.
"Oh what a silly thing. What kind of party would it be if it were quiet? Like, dhh. Boring." Pinkie Pie told Twilight.
Twilight began to walk toward the Food Table, while Pinkie Pie talked nonstop.
"You know, I remember you from early today, remember? Like, I've never seen you before, and since I've never seen you before, it's because you're new, because I know everyone in Ponyville." Pinkie Pie continued to speak.
When Pinkie Pie started talking again, Twilight groaned in frustration.

Twilight and Pinkie Pie finally arrived at the table. Twilight picked up a bottle to put in the punch glass. And Pinkie Pie kept talking while Twilight drank.
"And if you don't know anypony, you don't have friends. And if you don't have friends, you must be alone. And it made me so sad. Then I had an idea. Then, I did a super-hyper-mega-party and invited everpony in Ponyville. See? Now you have lots, lots and lots of friends." Pinkie Pie said with a smile.
Twilight suddenly felt something in her mouth, something very spicy.
"Are you okay, sweetie?" Applejack asked Twilight.
But Twilight didn't have time to respond. she ran away.
"She was so happy that she's crying,"Pinkie Pie said with a smile.
Spike took the bottle Twilight used and read it.
"Pepper sauce,"Spike read.
Pinkie Pie put pepper sauce into a cupcake before putting it in the mouth. Flurtteshy, Rainbow Dash, Applejack and Rarity were worried.
Twilight was in the bedroom, looking at the moon, she saw the stars slowly approaching the moon. Soon, her mother would be released. She couldn’t wait to see her mother again, but she was nervous of what her mother would do to Equestria. Suddenly she felt sleepy out of nowhere, she went toward the bed and fell asleep so she wouldn’t hit her head on the floor.
Twilight woke up in the darkness. She looked around to see if her mother was here.
“I see my sleep spell I put on you worked”, a familiar voice said.
Twilight looked back to see her mother from afar, coming to her.
“Mom? What happened? Why did you make me sleepy and fall asleep?” asked Twilight confused. She didn’t know that her mother had this ability to make ponies sleepy and make them sleep.
“I’m so sorry, daughter. But I had to do that because I wanted to know what his friend’s name was and what he looked like before I left my exiled”, replied Nightmare Moon.
“But, mom…” Twilight tried to say something but was interrupted by her mother.
“Daughter, I’m just doing this for your own good. I don’t want you to be in bad company”, said Nightmare Moon fondly, hoping her daughter would trust her and tell her.
“But, mom. My friend isn’t a bad influence on me. He’s very nice to me and the other ponies”, said Twilight Sparkle, hoping her mother would believe her.
“But what if she’s a fake friend?” asked Nightmare Moon.
“She’s not fake, she’s been nice to all the ponies I’ve ever met”, said Twilight Sparkle, without thinking about the consequences of what she said.
“What other ponies have you met? Were they in any way related to Celestia? Did they do something bad to you?” asked Nightmare Moon in a protective way.
“The ones I met today had nothing to do with Celestia. They were just normal ponies”, replied Twilight Sparkle, defending her new friends.
“And that possibly fake friend of yours? Was he related to Celestia?” asked Nightmare Moon, possibly changing the subject of the Conversation.
Twilight was speechless, because what her mother said was true. Sunset Shimmer was a student of Celestia and she was loyal to her. So she was related to Celestia.
“Is that a yes?” asked Nightmare Moon, noting the silence of Twilight.
Twilight remained silent.
“I’ll take that as a yes,” concluded Nightmare Moon. “And how does this pony look? How is it?”
Twilight’s ears brightened at her mother’s words. She liked Sunset as a friend, and didn’t want her mother to hurt Sunset Shimmer. She finally made her decision.
“I won’t tell you”, replied Twilight Sparkle bravely, as if it were a challenge.
Nightmare Moon looked shocked that her daughter said, “But why daughter? I only care about you”
“I know mom. But you need to see that I’m already big and that I already know how to make my own decisions”
“Daughter, just because you’re a grown mare doesn’t mean I won’t stop worrying about you. Now tell me what your friend loyal to Celestia looks like”, said Nightmare Moon.
“I’m sorry, mom. But if you want to know what my friend looks like, you have to find out for yourself. I won’t tell you”, replied Twilight, shaking her head.
In response, Nightmare Moon just snorted, “Fine. If you won’t tell me, I’ll discover this pony by the way he act on me. If this pony is loyal to my sister, he will probably try to stop me from making the eternal night”
Twilight was surprised, and a little afraid of the last two words, “Eternal Night? I thought you gave up on that idea a long time ago before you were banished to the moon. ”
“Yes, I had given up. But I will do it again. Then everypony will know that no one will and will not even think of hurting you”, said Nightmare Moon.
“But no pony hurt me when you were on the moon”
“But they could do it later, and I won’t be cross-hoofed”
Twilight sighed sadly, knowing it would be impossible to convince her mother.
Nightmare Moon noticed Twilight’s sad expression and hugged her with one wing before saying, “Daughter, please. Understand that I’m doing all this to protect you and for your own good”, Twilight just nodded sadly.
Twilight woke up in bed lying on her back. She then heard a voice on the bedroom door, “Come Twilight. It’s almost time for sunrise”, said Spike.
Twilight got out of bed and followed Spike to the town hall.
Twilight was by Sunset Shimmer who was by Pinkie Pie in the audience. She ignored Mayor Mare’s words and stared at the moon where her mother would soon be released. She was nervous and excited at the same time. Nervous at what her mother could do with Equestria just to protect her, and excited that she would see her mother again.
Then the curtains opened, where Celestia was supposed to appear, but she did not appear. Twilight was a little happy that she didn’t see her aunt. But she knew that soon her mother could show up. Suddenly a black alicorn with light blue armor appeared on the balcony. Twilight showed a smile upon seeing her mother, and her mother noticed and smiled back, which no pony noticed.
”Twilight, go to our old castle, where we will meet again. I’ll stay here and distract everypony for a while”, said Nightmare Moon telepathically to Twilight. Twilight nodded before leaving City Hall and rushing to the castle.
Twilight had already arrived at the old castle, where she, her aunt, and her mother were formerly. She was exhausted. Because she ran a lot from City Hall to the castle in EverFree Forest. She saw her mother on the throne sitting on her hips, waiting for her with a smile on her face. “You finally arrived, my daughter”
“* Buff * than- * buff * -ks, Mom”, said Twilight tired, breathless and sweaty.
After Twilight caught her breath, she went to her mother to hug her, “I missed you so much, mom”
“Just like me, daughter”, said Nightmare Moon as she stroked Twilight’s mane.
“So, did you find out?” asked Twilight Sparkle wondering if her mother discovered the loyal friend to Celestia that she befriended.
“Yes. She is a yellow unicorn, mane and tail red and yellow, and a cutie mark of a yellow and red sun”
“Yes. I don’t want this pony to end up making you stand against me and making you side with Celestia”, replied Nightmare Moon simply.
“Mom, she would never do that to me”
“She would do. The way she’s loyal to Celestia, she would do anything to convince you to stand against me”
Suddenly they heard hoofbeats.
“Twilight, are you there?” asked Applejack as she climbed the stairs to the throne room.
Damn it! What are they doing here?!
Then, the five ponies that Twilight befriended entered the room and were surprised to see Nightmare Moon embracing Twilight.
“Release Twilight, you dark mare!” shouted Applejack.
“Yes You will not devour her, Evil Queen!” said Pinkie Pie.
Why do they hate my mother so much? Are they loyal to Celestia and I didn’t even notice?
“Girls? What’s the noise up there?” asked a voice that Twilight knew.
“It’s Twilight, Sunset Shimmer. She’s in the clutches of Nightmare Moon”, replied Applejack while glaring at Nightmare Moon.
Running hooves were heard, Sunset Shimmer appeared and saw Twilight with Nightmare Moon.
“Release my friend! Now!” exclaimed Sunset Shimmer angrily as she prepared a spell to attack Nightmare Moon.
“Well, well, if you’re not Celestia’s student ...” said Nightmare Moon with a smile on her face.
“Don’t ignore the main subject! Release my friend! Now!” exclaimed Sunset Shimmer as she prepared to attack.
“But she’s my daughter”, confessed Nightmare Moon. Twilight tensed at the statement her mother just made.
“Lie! Twilight is not your daughter. She is the daughter of Twilight Velvet and Night Light. I know that because I’ve visited her at her house several times!” exclaimed Sunset Shimmer and while denying what Nightmare Moon said.
“Now release my friend! Before we banish you with the elements!” exclaimed Sunset Shimmer said as she prepared to head toward and ‘rescue’ Twilight.
“Did you mean these elements?” asked Nightmare Moon as she teleports the stone-shaped elements with her magic.
“The elements! Give them back! Now!” said Sunset Shimmer.
“No”, Nightmare Moon answered before placing the elements on the floor and lifting their hooves and knocking them to the ground to break them, now the elements were just broken pieces.
Sunset looked astonished at what just happened. Hope was gone. The night would be eternal. But then she had an idea. “If you think I’ll give up, you’re wrong, Nightmare Moon!”
“Oh yes? What will you do? Are you going to kill me?” asked Nightmare Moon as if it was a challenge.
“Guessed it”, Sunset Shimmer carried a spell on her horn. A spell that would cause Nightmare Moon to die, and that Nightmare Moon couldn’t prevent. When Sunset Shimmer cast the spell on Nightmare Moon, The alicorn tried everything to stop the spell, she got scared. She didn’t know what to do anymore.
“No!!” exclaimed Twilight Sparkle enters in front of her mother, trying to put a shield to protect her mother, and it worked. A shield protected her and her mother from the attack. When Sunset saw Twilight in front of Nightmare Moon, she was surprised. When the spell was gone, Twilight looked at the possibly angry Sunset Shimmer, “How dare you attack her, Sunset?!”
Sunset Shimmer was surprised by the tone of Twilight Sparkle. Twilight was never shouting at her, “but, Twilight. She had captured you. I needed to do something!”
“She didn’t catch me, Sunset,” said Twilight Sparkle in a calmer tone. “I came to her”
“You… you… have you been by her all the time?!” exclaimed Sunset Shimmer, astonished and possibly angry.
“Sunset, she is my mother. So technically, yes”, said Twilight Sparkle.
“But your parents are Twilight Velvet and Night Light, Twilight”, said Sunset Shimmer.
“Sunset, those are my parents who adopted me”, said Twilight Sparkle.
“But… But… No sense… So how…”
“It was Celestia’s fault, Sunset. She who banished my mother and took off my wings ”
Sunset Shimmer was surprised. Celestia do all of this? And how Twilight had wings? “Wait. What do you mean wings? Are you an alicorn?”
“I was, Sunset. Until that slut put me to sleep and take off my wings”, said Twilight Sparkle, now annoyed.
“It can’t be… Celestia would never do that”, Sunset Shimmer couldn’t believe what was happening. Celestia took off the wings of Twilight. But why?
“She did, Sunset”, said Twilight Sparkle.
“But why would she do that?” asked Sunset Shimmer.
“I don’t know, ok? When I woke up, Celestia wasn’t in the house I was in”, answered Twilight Sparkle.
“I wanted to talk to Celestia about this. But how will I do it? She’s not even here”, said Sunset Shimmer.
Twilight Sparkle had an idea. She went to her mother. She really hated having to say that, but she needed, “mom”
Nightmare Moon looked at her daughter, “yes?”
“Do you know where Celestia is?” asked Twilight Sparkle, with possible anger at saying her aunt’s name.
“On the moon. Why?”
“Can you bring her back? Sunset Shimmer wants to talk to her”
Nightmare Moon was surprised by this request, but soon replied, “I’m afraid not, daughter”
“Why not, Mom?” wanted to know Twilight Sparkle.
“Daughter, don’t you see what she did to us? She deserves this punishment”, said Nightmare Moon.
“Mom, I know you still feel angry with Celestia. I feel it too. But, there is no way to bring Celestia back? Please, for my friend Sunset Shimmer”, begged Twilight Sparkle.
Nightmare Moon didn’t know if she should accept. Her protective side didn’t want to do what her daughter asked her to do. Because Nightmare Moon feared that if Celestia returned, Celestia would hurt her and her daughter even more than in the past. And Nightmare Moon didn’t know if she should forgive Celestia, “I don’t know, daughter. Think, my little star. Celestia has caused us pain in the past. She made me stay away from you”
Twilight Sparkle wanted to agree with that. But, she began to think more logically. All that happened was in the past. Now she and her mother were together. A part of her wanted to forgive Celestia, “Mom, all that was past. See, we’re together again”
Nightmare Moon even seemed to agree, but soon realized two important things, “yes, daughter. But don’t you see? Celestia made me not see you grow all your life and on top of that you lost your wings ”
Twilight Sparkle looked where her wings were, before smiling and looking at her mother, “Mom, it’s ok. I’ll get used to this new life”
“You think? Don’t you think it’s bad to be born as an Alicorn and then somepony take off your wings?” asked Nightmare Moon.
“Well, it’s bad, yes. But once I’m used to it, it’s good to have a life as a unicorn”, replied Twilight Sparkle.
Applejack went to Twilight Sparkle, “Twilight, I’m sorry. It’s just that we thought you were in danger”
Twilight Sparkle smiled, “It’s ok, Applejack. I know you all just thought I was in danger. I would do that too if one of my friends were in danger”
Sunset Shimmer went to Twilight Sparkle too, “Twilight, I’m so sorry that I wanted to attack your mother”
“Sunset, it’s fine. I know you were just being protective”, said Twilight Sparkle.
Sunset Shimmer smiled. Until, she realized something: She and her friends came here to pick up the elements of harmony to defeat Nightmare Moon, but she couldn’t help but realize that she was happy to hear her friends’ voices, it made her realize that they were all her friends. . Suddenly a glow came from the ceiling. Nightmare Moon and Twilight Sparkle covered their eyes with a hoof.
“The last element!” exclaimed Rainbow Dash. “But how?”
“It seems that when I realized that as you are my friends, the element revealed itself. And when all the elements are together they form the sixth element. The element magic!” answered Sunset Shimmer.
Suddenly, every element that was broken and on the floor was every mare, except for Twilight and Sunset Shimmer. They formed necklaces with their Cutie Mark of the five mares and a crown with the Cutie Mark of Sunset Shimmer. It formed a rainbow and headed toward Twilight Sparkle. Nightmare Moon was startled as she had tears in her eyes, “no!!”
Within the rainbow, Twilight Sparkle felt a pain that was only increasing. She kept screaming. Nightmare Moon couldn’t stop crying. Why did the rainbow go to your daughter? Would she lose her daughter forever? When the rainbow vanished, the six mares were on the ground in a faint, but soon they came back to consciousness. Nightmare Moon went to her daughter to hug her daughter’s body while crying.
“Uurgh… what happened?” asked Rainbow Dash.
“Are you all well?” Applejack asked.
“Guys, see!” Pinkie Pie exclaimed with a smile, pointing to Nightmare Moon holding Twilight. Twilight woke up. She looked at her mother and saw her mother crying. Thinking she was dead. Twilight Sparkle looked behind her back and saw her wings. She smiled and poked Nightmare Moon, “Mom, look. My wings are back!” Nightmare Moon opened her eyes and saw the wings in Twilight Sparkle and hugged her. Knowing your daughter was still alive. Twilight Sparkle returned the hug.
Suddenly, the sun rose in the sky as a bright white light appeared in the room and Celestia appeared. The five ponies bowed before her. “Princess Celestia!” exclaimed Sunset Shimmer happily as she headed toward her teacher to hug her.
“Sunset Shimmer, my most devoted student. I knew you could make it”, said Celestia with a smile. She looked at her sister and niece. She noticed that Nightmare Moon was still there. But she hugged Twilight. Not noticing that Celestia was in the room, she approached her sister. Nightmare Moon opened its eyes and for the first time showed fear of Celestia. She let out Twilight Sparkle. Twilight was confused. She looked up and noticed Celestia looking at both of them. Twilight got scared too.
“Sister”, began Celestia.
“Sister?” Sunset Shimmer and the other five asked.
“Why are you still in this form? Didn’t the elements heal you?” asked Celestia.
“The elements were in Twilight. Not on me, Celestia,” replied Nightmare Moon. “I have the ability to change shape. Please believe me ”
Celestia looked at Twilight, “Is this true, Twilight?”
“Yes, Aunt”, answered Twilight Sparkle.
Celestia noted the wings in Twilight, “I see you got your wings back”
Twilight looked at her wings, “yes, Celestia”
“Sister, I would like to apologize to both of you. Sorry for banishing you to the moon, sorry for taking off the wings of Twilight”, said Celestia, now regretful.
“So why did you take off my daughter’s wings?” asked Nightmare Moon, in a possible tone of anger.
“Sister, I realized with my magic that within her there was black magic in her. If I didn’t act, that magic would take control of your daughter’s body”, replied Celestia.
Nightmare Moon got scared and looked at Twilight, “did you know that?”
Twilight Sparkle looked at Nightmare Moon, “no. I swear”
“Well, now that your wings are back, Twilight, you must control this dark magic within you”
Twilight Sparkle got scared and looked at her mom, “I don’t know if I can do this on my own. Can you help me?”
Nightmare Moon smiled, “Of course, my little star”
