Shortly after the defeat of Tirek, Princess Celestia began conducting a series of controlled and discreet experiments with a diverse family of potion types, one that allowed their alicorn users to safely witness and analyze events of the past. On the eve of the last of these such trials, a particularly potent potion among the others transports the Princess to a mysterious event far earlier in time than she had originally intended. 50,000 years earlier, in fact.

Now she's in the presence of a group of funny-looking hornless minotaurs wearing business suits.

Princess Celestia gave her life fighting against Sombra. That's the story everypony knows and tells and mourns every year. But Twilight is convinced she was transported to another dimension, and she won't let anything stop her from bringing the sun home.

Some of them were banished for a good reason, such as the tome on necromancy. And it turns out that the skeleton of a pony that she found isn't quite as dead as she thought, and now has access to a portal into the rest of Equestria. But is the necromancy practicing pony truly so evil?

Discord never felt so bored in his eons of life until the defeat of Tirek, now with nothing to do he brings in a being from another universe. Unfortunatly that being is the dragon Smaug.
