Princess Celestia is a busy mare. Her life is stressful, and the downtime often too short to enjoy before it ends. The stress has led her to develop a habit of over-eating, and while Princess Luna remains the bigger sister as far as mass goes, Celestia's obesity adds to her stress as daily tasks become harder and she worries what her subjects might think of her.

So it is that Princess Celestia decides on a vacation to get herself back in shape, but it does not proceed as she had hoped.

This story was the first-place entry for a private writing contest.

Everypony enjoys myths and ponytales, even if they know such things aren't real. Alicorns fighting against a spirit of chaos? An ancient princess trapped in a library under a tree, waiting to be found? Quite enchanting and fantastic tales yes, but nonetheless as fictional as Daring Do and other such stories. At least, that's what Rarity used to think.

Just a tongue-in-cheek exploration of what might really happen if Rarity's spur-of-the moment fashion sense met Twilight's encyclopedic nerdiness head on.

It's been almost a decade since the Battle of the Bands and Sunset Shimmer has been trying to clean up the mess she made. After series of unrelated crimes, Sunset, now known as The Phoenix, may need to finally ask for help.

Some time has passed since the end of the Friendship Games, and Twilight Sparkle is still adjusting, but it's nothing that Sunset can't help her with. However, something seems off when Twilight starts to have dreams. Dreams of a library with infinite books, and of a masked warrior who fought against monsters.

It is soon revealed that these were not dreams but premonitions, the power of the Earth has give birth to the creations known as Gaia Memories, and in order stop those who would use their power to hurt others, Sunset and Twilight will have to work together to stop it. With knowledge in hand, Twilight will equip Sunset with the tools needed to fight this menace, Sunset Shimmer will become Kamen Rider Unicorn!
