The Doctor, Applejack, and the Cutie Mark Crusaders land in Minos, the Nation of the Minotaur, three thousand years in Equestria's future. They find the country embroiled in a war that could threaten to destroy both factions.

One Minotaur has an idea. An idea all to familiar to the Doctor.

Does he have a right to interfere? Does he have the right to stop them if they go to their fate willingly?

And what does this mean that it happened almost the same way in three different Universes.

The ponies who go missing are put into a competetive game. The losers are slowly regressed back to foalhood.

Emphasis on "worked." We were probing yet another long-abandoned underground city when my employer finally found the fabled Sphere of Meganacus...only to find it wasn't exactly friendly to humans. Now my boss, my best friend, and my worst enemy are all tiny sentient horses. Yes, I really just said that.

The Doctor has had a good, long run through time and space with Ditzy Doo. But it is that time again for him to regenerate bodies. But this time, it seems... different...
What would happen if The Doctor regenerated... as a mare?

A few days after The Friendship Castle appeared in Ponyville, Rainbow Dash asked Twilight again if she could turn her into a Griffin, just for an hour.

At first, Twilight refuses, thinking Dash will use the form of a Griffin for mean-spirited pranks, but when Dash explains she just wants to know what flying like a Griffin feels like, she agrees.

However, Pinkie Pie bounces in at the last second, trying to warn them of the spell going wrong.

Something goes wrong alright. something that will make Pinkie and Rainbow wish she hadn't tried to warn them.

Sam Horner's life hangs in the balance as a mysterious illness slowly weakens him. While his parents are preparing to say goodbye to their son, a mysterious benefactor shows up in Sam's dreamscapes, which resemble locations from My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. Notable locations include Ponyville, the Everfree Forest, and Zecora's hut. Will Sam recover completly and become something different?

Life for Amethyst shard was normal, more or less. He spent his life studying and searching for magical artifacts. Until one day when he found a cursed figurine that changed him into a mare. Now not only does he have to work on a cure, he also has to learn how to live as a mare.

Derpy has never seen the Doctor regenerate...until now. As the Doctor is regenerating, something strange happens: He turns into a mare. Now he has to learn how to deal with his new body and stop a threat against Celestia and all of Equestria.

In celebration of getting promoted to Captain of the Guard, Shining Armor decides to have a night on the town with his men. As the night goes on though, the new guy, Flash Sentry, decides to give Shining a hoof getting home. After a disastrous encounter with Princess Celestia where neither Ponies could keep their mouths shut, they end up getting taught a lesson and possibly learning more than they thought they would in the process.
