Made some edits do to some small changes

After an out of control storm from the Everfree Forest does serious damage to Ponyville, the townsfolk are given an all expenses paid cruise while the town is repaired. The cruise is attacked by pirates who by mistake unknowingly take the CMC with a small number of other foals, the student six and some School of Friendship students. The result is the Ponies going on an adventure in the famous Sea of Legends, an area known for great tales of riches, and of great dangers.

Takes place sometime after the School of Friendship was opened the second time.

Almost twenty years into her reign, Princess Twilight Sparkle encounters something truly miraculous, something she never thought she'd see again in all her years: A hole in her schedule.

Naturally, that's when Discord comes in to discuss the contents of his hairbrush.

Needless to say, spoilers for the finale. Ineligible entry in Imposing Sovereigns II, using the prompt "Twilight/The Old."

So many changes to get used to. Twilight can now raise the sun and moon, but all that power comes with some strange consequences. Everypony is getting used to the new order, but one pony seems to be terrified of the new ruler. Why is he like this? Perhaps a letter to Celestia might bring answers.

Many years following the War of the Bell, Equestria is at rest, the land is filled with creatures living in peace, and friendship and the elements of harmony rein supreme. If only there wasn't the once-a-year event which seems to hurt his princess and friend so badly...

Twilight gives her latest student an important assignment.

Now that Princess Twilight Sparkle's rule of Equestria has settled into a routine, she finds she has more time for personal things, things that otherwise might have passed her by in that initial rush of learning on the job.

In an alternate future of cold and ice, the only remaining bastion of Harmony is the Crystal Empire.

Equestria has been gone a long time, and Luster Dawn has never known a world where the magic of harmony and friendship was abundant. Outside the Crystal Heart's protection, there is only snowy wasteland that stretches on for eternity.

Princess Twilight Sparkle has decided it's high time Luster Dawn see the world beyond the Empire's borders, and it just so happens that Flurry Heart wants to come along.

This was written as part of a live write right after the finale aired. Every chapter of this story will probably be written like this, so watch out for me going live with writing!

When Twilight discovers she gained the power of immortality along with the ability to control the sun and moon from Celestia and Luna, she decides immortality is a fate worse than death and decides she must give her power to someone else rather than suffer generations of loss.

Now has a midquel taking place between chapters one and two, Luster Dawn Friendship Successor.

Authors Notes: These stories use a theory I developed gathering info through the mlp wiki rather than the widely believed theory that immortality is the ability of alicorns.
