At first I thought for some reason that the
would be that Dr. Pons had made up the disease (or at least told her something that was much worse than the reality) in order to sell her medication. That's because the "brain mites" reminded me of the "brain fog" from Joe Vs. The Volcano. Then Twilight just decided to remove part of her brain. Huh.
