Terms Of Service

By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms:

1. I am a person, not a machine. Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. ie, spamming me to ask me to work faster. Note: Sending me a PM to ask for an update is not considered harassment. I do have a life outside of artwork. Respect me and I will respect you.
2. Payment is through Paypal, Cashapp or Venmo. Payment is expected to be sent after the sketch has been approved.
3. Completion time is minimum 1 week to maximum 3 weeks. There is an upcharge to have art done by a specific date. Additionally, I require being made aware at least 2 weeks in advance.
4. My artwork is my own. Commissioning me does not give you the rights to use my work commercially, such as merchandise. You may purchase commercial rights for 300% of the original price. Commissioning me grants you permission to use my work non commercially, such as cover art.
5. Repost of my work is on a case by case basis. This does not include where it was commissioned for. If you commissioned for fimfic, you may post on fimfic. You may not repost on places such as derpibooru without credit. You may not post on places like deviant art at all. If you aren't sure, ask.
6. I reserve the right to cancel at any time for any reason. I also reserve the right to NOT issue a full refund. It depends on the amount of work done. In addition, refunds are not guaranteed at all. You will receive the partially completed work, should I feel the need to cancel, in PSD format.
7. I reserve the right to upcharge for certain things, such as complex character, time spent over the average time, etc.

Prices:

These prices are "flat" rates, with flat being in quotations as overly complex things that are not a stronger skill of mine may incur an additional charge.

Return / Turn around time is anywhere from 1 week to a month. Any delays will always be communicated to you as best as possible.

Full Render explanation: Full render includes a background, shading, highlights, hair texturing, eye detailing, and more.

Headshot:
-- Clean Sketch: 4 USD

Halfbody:
-- Clean Sketch: 8 USD
-- Clean Lineart: 30 USD
-- Flat color: 45 USD
-- Full Render: 60 USD

Fullbody:

-- Clean Lineart: 30 USD
-- Flat color: 50 USD
-- Full Render: 70 USD

Additions:
Extra character - Each extra character costs the same as the tier you chose. If you want a character in a flat color half body, and want to add another, you'd pay the full 50$ price for that second character.

Backgrounds:
Transparent bg or plain single color background - Free
Simple background - ie a barn in a flower field - 10USD
Complex background- ie a messy bedroom setting with papers strewn about, and other complex objects - 20USD
