Yep! I've been trying to improve my drafting speed that way when I do updates for my fics I have, I can actually come up with ideas quicker instead of having them on the back burner/struggling to get words on the page. Felt super easy getting this one done, so I hope to continue utilizing the writing methods I used for this fic on other ones.
Also for this fic, and I forgot to put it in my author's notes, but I also write while I listen to music. It definitely helps me with focusing on my writing so I can maintain a certain rhythm. The one for this fic was this Lil Nas X song:

I think this is the first HiE fic I've read on this site. This ship is not my thing. HiE fics are not my thing. The fact you got me to enjoy both sides of the equation is a testament to your talent.
The banter before them was really cute and sold me on their dynamic. The 'moment' threatened to ride the line of cliche but never crossed it. surprisingly grounding and warm. I really appreciate this fic for being an easy, comical and warm read. I think because this kind of fic is outside my wheel house, it's harder for me to truly appreciate it the nuances and characters than normal, but you earned my attention, like and favorite, so I consider a victory. Keep at it!

Really cute and sweet story. Something about sick ponies needing a human to take care of them and make them feel loved just tugs at my heart like nothing else. Spitty needs all the love.
Hope to see a sequel where they give their new relationship a proper go and maybe even kiss a little. That might just be my wishful thinking though haha.

Happy you enjoyed the fic! To be honest, I bet you there are some parallels since I've been writing so much AiE lately, however, this one was the starting point of the whole thing, so I guess if there are parallels, they would stem from this one? It could also be my writing style causing this though, as it's been pretty much the same throughout each. That might be a sign to switch to other projects. Thankfully, I just posted my last AiE for now, so I'll have to reassess each of them and go from there. Thanks for the comment!
