Join the mini main 6 as they attempt to live their lives for the second time and work out why things seem so different. Oh, theirs just one problem, they’re all alicorns now, or kinda alicorns.
Inspiration.
First off, I'm a huge fan of the MLP Time Loop and Infinite loops, this is my idea of a time travel story.
As for the time event and title, my first thought was Superman flying around the world so fast he turned back time, I threw in 2013's Flash Point Paradox for good measure (no I haven't seen the new movie)

I mean as far as I can tell it's obvious that everyone who's been connected to the elements is aware of the timeline shift otherwise Luna would be Nightmare Moon right now I kind of figured out it was people connected to the elements because the author gave away that the princesses Celestia and Luna are aware as well even though Celestia never was mentioned directly in this chapter.

To clarify, as Twilight mentioned Cadance was part of the faction opposed to Celestia, She has memories of this world, but not a lot since filly Twilight was mostly interested in books and her big brother than the general goings on.

in a very flat area of the badlands, there is a place where no life thrives and no vegetation grows.
Even for the badlands, this place is naturally warm.
Buried about 20 meters under, is a warded stone cube, made of dull concrete.
Its measurements are exactly 3x3x3 meters.
Inside that is the statue of Discord.
