I see a lot of people want to go straight for anal. I don't think it should be an immediate thing. When they have magic to grant mute ponies the gift of speech, I doubt they'd have the need to develop Sign Language in the first place.
A sequal with Hue having sex with other Royals would be nice. Like Cadence, Chrysalis, Ember and Novo.
