While I read the description, I thought the story was going to be a crossover with Sword Art Online.

Same genre. Isekai manga, SAO was just more or less the forerunner for the genre's current level of popularity and they tend to have similar tropes. Guy goes to a different world (either after dying or being stuck in a VR machine of some sort), becomes either super popular (and hates it) or everyone hates him and he gets revenge while becoming progressively more edgy, black-clothed, gun-wielding in a sword-and-magic land, and picks up a harem while he's at it (he generally acts like he doesn't like his harem, of course, because that's cool or something). And of course, he's got a bunch of crazily OP power-fantasy abilities that no one should have, so he can afford to do whatever he wants.
I'm reading 70+ of them currently, so I feel I've got a pretty good grasp on it.

But to make it more concrete? Its cringe. First off you use a generic character and copy/paste of a series to implement into the story. Add to the boot you included them being displace. While I don't have a problem with displace stories? I do feel a bit annoyed if they just use the name of the character they are instead of who they are. Granted it works well enough in some stories, but not well in others. Not to mention that its all...wrong. The way the story progress is very rush, the fact the guy is a replica of the MC of this isekai its base off of (and seemingly to add other parts of that world into this from what I can tell) and just...

That's just a consequence of the isekai genre as a whole. It's a breeding ground for people who have power fantasies that they put into the format of a story. Some are well written, and others... well others not so much.
Doesn't look like he actually has to throw his morals away that much when Dainn's already against the slave system, which is the central premise of FoE. Since Satou obviously has no real physical challenge either, I wonder how you intend to keep things interesting without it simply becoming a Gary Stu power-trip.
I haven't read the story yet but I have to ask, is this porn or a story with lots of sexual content? The difference being porn focuses on the sex and the "story" is just used to have more sex while a story can have a lot of sexual content in it without it being porn.

Dreamscape: Create a dream world that you can link and pull others into, Higher the level the more can be pulled in.
Dream-walker: Enables you to enter the Higher Dream Hallway (it is not limited to only Intelligent being and can bypass shield, wards or runes), Higher the level the more Undetectable/Silent you are, as well as Reading and Tampering with the memories of the one you are visiting (Reading and Tampering with the memories will enable you to be Detectable).

I see what u did there fused 2 animes together with similar concepts like video game esque mechanics to the characters and somewhat the world
This is starting to feel pretty similar to Overlord the first game. Mostly because the three 'heroes' been kind of a dick for leaving Isaac all alone and haven't spoken to this Dainn to know the situation.
Thus story is different then most, it sheds the king diann in a new light. As he is only following old laws that can't be overruled. An interesting twist for him, as well for satou working to better the kingdom. The action in the story is a little lack luster but the story makes up of it (clop does to), as well as the Interesting relations satou and eliza have. How will it progress and where will the story go. With princess Luna and celestial as a friend or foe? Let's find out in the story to come. Continue with the incredibly interesting story please.
Does it need saying that this, so far, is a direct ripoff from DesuMachi? Event for event, with slight alterations. Obviously the Displacement idea is new, but also standard fare.
I'm hoping you're going to do something interesting with it down the line, Author, because as much as I actually would like to see DesuMachi placed in Equestria, if all it amounts to is switching visuals, then I'm already familiar with the story.

I almost cried for this chapter. It was beautiful. Especially fallowing the lovely and sexy colab with the space kitty. (not her name or the author's name. I know.) it adds depth to the story (not that there weren't in previous chapters) and gave us a break from the the usual drama.
