Honestly, this first chapter goes on for a bit longer than it needs to. Maybe shorten it a bit, especially when Rainbow is trying to get Luna to punish her.

I like this portrayal of Luna. Not so cold Nightmare would probably have been better, not guilt-ridden to the point of ceasing to function, but... Lonely. Very much so. And probably rather nice and approachable too, although not many outside of the Elements would be brave enough to try.

I expected just another BDSM-like clopfic going into this, and on that (so far at least) the story has let me down.
But I will quickly say that that is the only thing on which it has let me down. A wonderful story in progress, even if Rainbow's dive into things seems a little quick, this is Rainbow Dash—everything she does is done fast.
