If she's ordered a case, she's not going to use them all in one evening. So presumably she's only got one or two left out of the order.
I thought she had them delivered before; noticing that the Emporium is out of that brand would imply she usually buys them here.
That's an odd thing to know about your friend. I'd expect most people to think "My friend's wearing diapers? Does she have some kind of medical problem I don't know about?" rather than jumping straight to assuming she likes them. Or is this a hint that Fluttershy is into them too?
It's a little confusing; mixed signals about how often Dash wears diapers, and how long she's been into this for.
Apart from that, looks like an interesting start to a story.

Given what we've seen of Rainbow Dash's parents, I think I can see why she wouldn't be as hesitant to be treated like a baby by Fluttershy. Fluttershy would be willing to listen to Dashie if she said she wanted to stop.
I really like this story. I'm planning on doing a story featuring Dashie being diapered and babied by her parents.
8182047 Considering the way they acted in "Parental Glideance" I could actually see them doing that in canon. I mean, they even kept the diaper she was in from when she spoke her first words.

I know the next chapter will have Fluttershy change Dashie's diaper and feed her breakfast, then leave Dashie for a bit to provide a cover story for Dashie's obligations, while Dashie has a bit of lone time to act like a foal. And then a chapter where Rainbow confesses to Fluttershy about why she diapers up and acts like a foal, and they come to an agreement to do it every once in a while. A possible third chapter could involve splitting the ideas for the next chapter in two (one from Fluttershy's perspective while she's out in town, and one from Rainbow's perspective while she's at Fluttershy's cottage).

I wonder if you will do a Sequel, I originally planned on doing one were Twilight would get involved along with Scootaloo, and Fluttershy kinda would want to give the baby thing a try, so Twilight would of been the mother to the three.

8289448 Since it's only 110 words and wasn't part of the fic when it was transferred, no thank you. Maybe I could do a sequel to this eventually, though for me the sequel would involve Dashie accidentally being discovered by one of the Wonderbolts (probably Soarin or Fleetfoot) and after some teasing they opt to join her for a bit of pampering as a way to relieve stress.
would be cool if Scootaloo ended up checking on Dashie and catches her in a diaper at first but gets worried that the feather flu has made her sicker than she should be and tries taking her to the hospital.

I gave this a re read and I think I know what happened, Dash thought she could get the cookies down herself but ended up falling down and possibly hurting herself. I must admit this is something I probably wouldn't of done in my story.
