This could seriously use longer, more fleshed-out paragraphs. As is, it's too fast and choppy. Also, more than half the paragraph breaks don't need to be there, and their presence contributes to the extremely fast pace and the choppiness.
I think I've said all of this before, though.
Well, at least she didn't suddenly have a Frisbee landing next to her...
Maybe she discovers "Erotical Artwork" starring one of her friends and/or someone else she knows closely.

Hello, I've really been enjoying this story series. That said, I do have a few suggestions for future stories:
Fluttershy discovers humping. She has toys, after all.
Fluttershy discovers bestiality. Maybe she's asked to pet-sit one of the other ponies' animals, and... well... things happen.
Fluttershy discovers "mating habits". Maybe she heads into the forest to visit an animal friend (e.g. Harry the bear), and sees some animals... doing things.
Fluttershy discovers bisexuality. A Fluttershy x Rainbow story is a logical continuation of this chapter, so that seems like a natural (if not predictable) route to go down.
Fluttershy discovers naughty clubs. Maybe Ponyville has some very dirty secrets that only a few ponies know about.
Fluttershy discovers anal. What-what up the butt-butt? This could potentially be Rainbow's idea, or it could be something she hears from someone else.
Fluttershy discovers a urine and/or fecal fetish. Maybe she gets naughty thoughts while hitching a ride on the porcelain express.
Fluttershy discovers "winggasms" (wing+orgasms). Because something in my head decided that should be a thing.
Fluttershy discovers edging. Maybe she has a lot of free time today, and decides she needs to do something to pass the time. On the other hoof, maybe she has too little time, and her desires build and build until her nethers beg for that sweet release.
Fluttershy discovers porn and/or erotica. Maybe she decided to visit the library and noticed "certain" materials. Or maybe she re-visits that shop where she got those toys, and discovers... "materials". Perhaps Rainbow Dash will introduce Fluttershy to something from her own collection (I'm sure somepony like Rainbow Dash would have quite the stash).
