Maybe I'm in a dark place but I can't help but feel kind of down when I read the paragraphs detailing his handling the loss of his old world and the people he knew in it. I know I was supposed to suspend disbelief for that, but I can't help but feel that after a couple days of mulling over your loss, being hauled off for frequent sex would only exacerbate the issue.
