But something is bothering me though. There is a glass dome in their house that was suggested by Luna and Celestia requested the entire cottage. So this got me wondering, since the 2 princesses are sky goddesses. Don't they have the ability to y'know, see using the sky?

When you think about it, the finale was pretty freakin contrived. I mean really, the evil queen of the changelings and the only thing that was capable of dominating Celestia was defeated by the power of LOVE! That's so freakin cliched that it's not even funny.
Still a kickass episode though.
If you're going to write a story about the night after a wedding, about them going and consummating the marriage, then yes, I think more clop is in order.

Lovely story.
This was an enchanting story. The tone all throughout felt like a myth or a fairytale in the best of ways. The voices for both Cadence and Shining Armor were so believable, and their emotions rang true. The ending was both beautiful and bittersweet, appropriate for a tale such as this. It is a fine piece of work.
