Not without its issues, but cute!
I thought a lot of passages in this story were sweet, but it is a bit contrived that without any explanation, Twilight happens to feel the same way. She didn't really show any of that in the little time we got to see her in this story. Adding in a few things like catching eachother staring could help out, and so could making Twilight seem a bit more nervous, since apparently she's in the same boat Rarity is with the whole unconfessed love thing.

I really like this romantic story! It's a cute ship. I especially love the confession scene with Rarity and Twilight and how dramatic it is. The buildup to it seems very natural and gradual. Overall, the story is very great and I do like it!
