Can't say I really like this story, if only because a lot of it doesn't make sense. Trixie and Blueblood getting together, they have so little background known I can see that happening. Scootaloo being their offspring, ok. The Cakes were both Earth Ponies and had a pegasus and unicorn foal, so the tribes intermix and skip generations, I can accept that. The problem I have is Trixie outright states that Blueblood helped her take care of Scootaloo, and then she's just going and giving her up? That doesn't compute. Unless BB just suddenly decided to be a douche and push her out of his household, which isn't mentioned or implied at all, nothing seems to stop that from continuing to be the case.
You do get kudos for making a G3 reference with Scootaloo being Cheerilee's 'sister' as a result of this fic, though.
Blueblood? What about alimony?
