Big Macintosh is dating Princess Celestia, and now all of Equestria knows thanks to a certain foal photographer. Dating a Princess is hard, thanks to her demanding schedule and his work at Sweet Apple Acres. The two rarely speak to one another during their get-togethers, but the silence sings between them.

Celestia invites Twilight over to help her plan for the next Grand Galloping Gala.

Twilight raises some questions about Celestia's plans.

With a overdue storm on its way, Princess Celestia prepares to finish the day's business when an exhausted Rainbow Dash rushes in with an 'important message' from Twilight. When the contents of the message cause Rainbow to lose her temper, Celestia decides to teach her a special lesson in friendship.

On Hearth’s Warming eve, Princess Celestia has always spent the night alone in her private study, allowing the castle staff and most of the guards time to spend with their loved ones on this night of friendship and family.
