This story is a sequel to Sanctuary

Unofficial sequel to “Sanctuary” by Kaidan.

After being released from Broadhoof Memorial Psychiatric Hospital, Twilight Sparkle attempts to rebuild her life and her friendships in Canterlot, but finds that regaining the trust of the ponies she hurt might be harder than she initially imagined….

A/N: Featured on Fimfiction’s List of Stories On The Homepage: January 19, 2024!! My first proper G4 story in over 3 years and my first story of 2024. Set in the ‘Asylumverse,’ this story is an alternate take on the “Amending Fences” episode and deals with the aftermath of Sanctuary. Reading for that story is REQUIRED in order to understand this one as I’m making it as a direct sequel. Chapter updates will be coming daily until the story is complete. Enjoy!

Sometimes we choose who we fall in love with, sometimes life chooses for us. Minuette and Limestone Pie find themselves coming to grips with the latter.

Note: This takes place after the series finale. More specifically, after Twilight's coronation, but before the time skip, so expect a few spoilers. Also features Lyra, Sweetie Drops (or Bonbon), Moondancer, Twilight Sparkle, Princess Luna, Cloudy Quartz, September (y'know, the comic background cameo from Fringe), and doubtless many more in the future the way things are going. I even plan on big things happening for and to some of them.

Credit for the art goes to a great friend of mine, Uma, or @UmaYorokobi on Twitter. If you like the new cover art and maybe wanna support the artist (please do), go check out her stuff. She doesn't do a ton of pony stuff, but she's a huge Wander Over Yonder fan, so if that's your thing, definitely check it out.

An innocuous question leads Moondancer to investigating the origins of the yearly celebration of Nightmare Night. As it turns out, it wasn't always about candy and costumes. In fact, her discovery may be a whole lot more than she ever could have expected, and far more than she can handle.

Written for the Monster Mares group second story contest. (Winner of first place!)

Lemon Hearts says she works at the palace. Lemon Hearts says a lot of things, only in the wonderful world of Equestria, there's a limit to how explicit her curse words can get.

She's not a passionate musician like Lyra, or a star-struck scientist like Twinkleshine. Sure as sugar she ain't no Princess of Friendship. Feeling like the one rotten fruit in a rich and healthy bushel cramps her style. At least, it would if she had any.

Soon, Lemon Hearts decides to do what she should have done a long time ago, when she'd otherwise been busy with her highly amusing and rebellious wealth redistribution activism (a.k.a. shoplifting). She decides to find out where she went wrong. Or wronger, at least.

And if she can earn some money out of it.

And whether or not her friends can help. Or, more likely, need help.

Deep within the Equestrian Guard, there exists an elite force, deployed for strategic defensive operations. These are the ponies...

Who are totally nothing like that force I was just talking about.
They're not even ponies, actually.
They're just four guys who managed to crash a plane carrying a super-weapon into Equestria.

But now, they're here, and that other force that I mentioned earlier sucks at their job, so now it's up to the men of Bad Company, armed with their skills, a heavily armored van, and all the guns that they could pack into it, to pick up the slack against a Storm of foes, with the help of both newfound friendships and explosive ordinances.

Follow the campaign of this not-so-specialist team of soldiers through a first-person narrative, as they fight hand-and-hoof beside ponies to save Equestria... or whatever's left of it by the end.

Moondancer has always thought highly of Twilight and was devastated when she left without saying good-bye. When Twilight throws a party for Moondancer and rekindles their friendship, Moondancer is happy to be connected with who was her best friend. It won't be long though until Moondancer wants more.

A FIM/G3 crossover. Moondancer's life is falling apart and as she nears her breaking point, she starts dreaming about a simpler world where she feels accepted. Inspired by the episode "A Stop at Willoughby" from The Twilight Zone and my own experiences with depression.

Colgate and her friends sit down to watch the new episode of MLP: FiM like they do every other Saturday but this episode isn't like the others. It actually includes Colgate and her friends in a meaningful role, which makes the three of them happy, at first. Soon Colgate does not like how she is portrayed and decides to let the writers know.

There is a reason some magic is deemed dangerous and not to be messed with. You have to be careful around spells that can alter the flow of reality, or you end up watching your loved ones die over and over again. But sometimes, you just happen to be a target of an ancient inevitable evil, that will make sure you commit the same mistakes as your poor forgotten ancestors.

This story is a sequel to Terror in Equestria 5: One Thousand Years Later

Three thousand years have passed since the unmaking of the Dark Goddess Twilight Sparkle and her minions and the world has lived in perfect harmony ever since. An assassination of a high level officer near an international border along with deteriorating economic conditions in a couple of nations will bring that peace to an end. This will bring about a terrifying war, the type that the world has never before seen.

In the end, the use of never before used spells which cause horribly unimaginable damage will cause dark forces from the distant past to return, causing the world to transition from one war straight into another.
