A/N: Featured on Fimfiction’s List of Stories On The Homepage: January 19, 2024!! My first proper G4 story in over 3 years and my first story of 2024. Set in the ‘Asylumverse,’ this story is an alternate take on the “Amending Fences” episode and deals with the aftermath of Sanctuary. Reading for that story is REQUIRED in order to understand this one as I’m making it as a direct sequel. Updates will hopefully be coming daily until this story is complete. Enjoy!

Awwww, I’m glad Twilight is getting out there again. Also, how was Minuette crippled by Twilight?… like I figure it was from one of Twilights magical surges brought on by her delusions being challenged… but did she have a bone broken or something? I apologize if it was mentioned earlier, it’s been awhile since I read this story….

It was due to one of Twilight’s magical surges, yeah. I don’t want to spoil too much as more of the backstory will be unraveled in later chapters, but essentially, Minuette was among the ponies crippled during Twilight’s last episode before being sent to Broadhoof. A couple of her bones were fractured, but she didn’t get the worst of it, thankfully. That honor goes to another member of the group.

Oh god… it’s Moondancer… she’s the one that’s gonna blow up on Twilight… and for good reason…. I’m scared at what we are gonna see. I’m also curious about what other differences we are going to find in the “real world” compared to Twilights delusion. Sounds like Celestias school isn’t as well run as it was made out to be…
