After being constantly left alone because of her husband's work, Derpy often has to play the role of a single mother. We get to see how Derpy's life unfolds as a mother of two kids and the wife of a Time Lord.

After graduating college, Maya was eager to start her social work career helping disadvantaged youth, but got pulled into the whimsical pony world of Equestria while dressed as Posey Bloom for Halloween. Though now an earth pony herself, she finds purpose using her counseling talents to mentor the Mane 6 ponies. Maya's traumatic childhood left her craving friendship and wonder, which she just might find in this colorful new home.

After her defeat in Canterlot, Queen Chrysalis seeks revenge. She dons a disguise to regain her power. But, as three years pass, she learns that her greatest enemies; the Main Six, now are an even bigger problem, because they are fairer than she is. She now looks to get rid of them. But she didn't count on all of them falling in love. A humanized Equestria AU based off Snow White.

Twilight borrows an idea from Time Turner to 'bring the past forward to you', creating a spell that in theory should allow one to see the past without taking part in or altering it. Due to Twilight's genius alterations made with too little sleep, it backfires and results in semi-actual time travel where each pony is sent back in time into their old foal bodies. Various shenanigans ensue with a chapter for each pony.
