From the moment Sunset woke up, she noticed that Flash seemed to be acting just a little bit different. He's usually a goofy idiot, but today he's an extra nice goofy idiot. Is today special for some reason?

This is a sequel only in the sense that the prequel shares the same continuity. None of the other related stories are required reading to understand the others.
Written before Rainbow Rocks came out.

Dear Diary,
Today is the nineteenth anniversary of the loss of my horn, and the day that I gained my new one. I have decided
that it would be good for me to re-write all of my previous journal entries, so I may read them in the future while they maintain their former glory. Oh, and the Doctor in this (The one Jetfire meets) I have no idea how he acts. Just....yeah. I'm basing it off of John Hurt from season seven (Yeah..) and the first Doctor.

The Doctor had left Derpy to take care of something that he worried that Derpy will get hurt on. While they are both broken hearted in leaving. Derpy gives a Pinkie Promise (the ones you HAVE to keep) to wait for the Doctor on a hill where they first met. While the Doctor promises to come back. But they don't expect to be gone for 5 years....

Ditsy Doo or known as Captain D of the royal guard has been stuck in war for 2 and a half years. War that happened when Princess Celestia was killed and Princess Luna got sick and defenses were weakened. It was always up to the Captain now. But when a clot the enters in a blue box comes back the war is suddenly on a new turn. Will the Doctor save Equestria once again? What has happened to Captain D/Derpy? And what will the Doctor do to get her back?

This is my first My Little Pony FanFiction. This is really the only shipping I really support in this show. This IS the Doctor based on the 11th doctor but I am more of a Matt Smith fan then David Tenate. You really don't need to watch Doctor Who to understand this but some jokes will be based off it. I also kinda like to go with things that happened in Doctor Whooves and Assistance from YouTube. So yeah. I hope you enjoy this!

Luna loved her sister. She loved Celestia more than she loved the ponies of Equestria. However the ponies denied her. They only loved her sister and when Luna attempted to remedy their blasphemy her own beloved sister cast her from the world. Celestia had made Luna's own creation her cold and dismal prison. The stars had betrayed her. After a thousand years Luna had returned and her sister's pets had forced her to "exercise" her inner demon. The notion that she was ever possessed made her wonder what sort of lies Celestia had fed to her groveling sheep.

Luna stood alone in her tower and watched Canterlot burn. The changelings were bringing so much death and chaos. The captain of the guard was defeated. Princess Cadence was weakened and frail. The elements of harmony were no longer a threat and Celestia was incapacitated. Everything was proceeding as Luna had foreseen.

Ditzy doo is crooked. And when a strange creature follows her because of it, she befriends a most unusual pony. (In this story, the Doctor and Ditzy had never met)

The Doctor has found himself stranded in Equestria. A way back will take time. A lot of time. During the interim, he needs to blend in, so he uses the chameleon arch to turn himself into a pony, complete with a (mostly) pony mind. To a large degree, this will be the story of an out-of-place stallion trying to settle into Ponyville (with the possibility of some adventuring in the future). Of course, nothing's ever easy for The Doctor.

Twilight and her friends complete their greatest journey yet, and gain the amazing Rainbow Power in the process.

But all is not what it seems. Something is about to go horribly wrong. And when it's over...

Who will pay the price?
