During her entrance exam, Twilight Sparkle was on the brink of failure, however a surge of magic suddenly exploded from her and she succeeded at hatching the egg of Spike the dragon, but she can't remember anything prior to that.

She was told tales of her brother Shining Armor, her babysitter Cadence, how she admired Celestia, how she studied magic with fervor, how she used to be a purple unicorn and not a gray earth pony.

At times she struggles with the feeling that this isn't right, as if she isn't really Twilight Sparkle and the real one is trapped somewhere, sleeping dormant, dreaming of freedom.

A life of trials not meant for her await and Equestria hangs in the balance.

On the Day of the Dying Sun, she performed Astrum Nova. From then on, that world ceased to exist.

Twilight Sparkle, daughter of the highly exalted Captain Night Light, was (to put it lightly) hilariously underwhelming. The only reason why she was one of Princess Celestia's students? Because a place as a personal student of the princess was a reward for the captain. Other than that, she was a scrawny unicorn with no actual magical talent, other than the whole bunch of magical theories crammed into her head. To make it worse, Sunset Shimmer, greatest unicorn the world has ever seen, was her only classmate. But Celestia has entrusted her with a journal, and the knowledge of the Elements of Harmony and the harmonic energy field they radiate, keeping Equestria safe from harm for eons. As a sinister plan for a coup emerges in Canterlot, Twilight must find and gather the Elements and their bearers. But how is this possible, in a world where castes and tribes separate true friendship? In this story, Twilight must discover new friends as she uncovers dark truths and questions about the events leading up to the present-day Equestria. Who was Starlight Glimmer? What was Astrum Nova? And most importantly, how is it possible that the journal was written by another (and for some reason, winged) Twilight?

After a dare devil stunt goes horribly wrong, Rainbow Dash starts to loose her memory. She cannot remember how she failed the stunt. All she remembers is how she lost her desire to be a Wonderbolt and how she wishes she never had her wings.

This is the struggle she goes through almost every day of her life.

Sunset Shimmer has been keeping a secret from her friends for a long time: When she was turned back from a she-demon, not all of her power was extinguished. It laid dormant, waiting for a moment to re-emerge and take control once more. For months, Sunset Shimmer has remained strong, holding it at bay and keeping it locked deep within herself.

Yet, no cage or lock is unbreakable and some locks can't be so easily fixed once broken...

She remembers nothing of her adult life, in fact she doesn't seem to be acting like an adult at all, and she seems to be juggling a bit of an alter ego. An evil alter ego. Maybe, when she took in the magic of the princesses, she took in a bit more than magic.

Let's face it.

Matt Miller, AKA R4gn0r0k, pretty much has the world at his fingertips. He leads the Deckers, a group of highly intelligent hackers, and is part of the Syndicate, comprised of the Morningstar and the Luchadores.

But it seems that a genius can't catch a break when his computer fizzes out and sends him sprawling into Equestria, which he considers a nightmarish technological backwater at first glance. And if he thought that was bad, his body has also transmogrified to that of a unicorn's.

AN: If it wasn't obvious enough from the cover art or the description, this is a crossover between Saints Row the Third and My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. I do not own MLP nor do I own Saints Row.

After an apparent failed spell, Twilight starts to experience some strange sensations. Nothing is really to worry about, until her fur becomes gold.
Twilight doesn't know how to cure it, nor even know how it all started, but she has the feeling that, if it doesn't stop now, things will end bad.

I'M SORRY. Actually, not.

A long time ago, Twilight Sparkle, former Princess of Friendship and Magic, was banished to the Land of Twilight, a plane of existence where the Sun and the Moon stay in opposite places in the sky; never setting, always watching their only prisoner.
However, after one thousand years of imprisonment, the magical seal holding the plane together breaks and Twilight is set free... into a world that no longer remembers her, neither does she remember it.

Confused and lost in a mysterious world, and with ponies of dubious intentions aiding her, Twilight will have to find the only pony who can help her. And the only one she remembers.

This story is suffering 'rewriting'. Everything will be destroyed cleaned, some chapters will go into the trash and others will pop up and replace them, like changelings craving love. Characters will be wiped out of existence, orange ponies will be reduced to normal level of badass-ness and [DATA EXPUNGED].

Mis-communication has started many a war, but in this case maybe calling it a war was too generous.

The "war" is over, Twilight has successfully orchestrated a bloodless end to the Griffons' aggression, but only now does she realize that there is more to winning than she had first assumed, especially against a nation that holds war as a central part of their culture...

Now Twilight must deal with the aftermath while facing a challenge she never anticipated: being seen as a conqueror.

This can be read alone, but I recommend reading the letter that started it all for a chuckle and a little exposition. This series of expositional one-shots can also give some additional world-building.
