There had been many jumpers, each pulled from one planet. Each of them having gone through their trials. Each jumper wears the scars of their hardship in mind, body, and spirit. Yet, they all met on Equestrian soil and on that fated arrival their new lives and bonds had somehow brought healing to their weary hearts. They had saved Equestria using the skills, abilities, and powers they attained during their adventures. They had become accepted (mostly) by Equestrian society. Their reward? A small measure of peace.

But peace doesn't last forever as a new terror begins. What is worst, is the problem is back on their home world, beyond their reach!

But even in a seemingly hopeless situation has a ray of hope. For a long-time friend of Equestria's first arriving jumper maybe the key to saving their people. But can one man with a handicap really make the difference?

The test of friendship between worlds begins...

Acorn's apartment on Earth has lots of great features: a dishwasher, forced-air heating and cooling, a coffee maker, a food processor, a gym and laundry room in the basement . . . it's also got a telephone. She's not so keen on the telephone.

Specifically, she’s not so keen on telemarketers.

Railway stations are strange places to be stranded in late at night. Places of passing that exist outside of normal time and space. Sometimes they contain unicorns. Working as garbage collectors.

A modern-day explorer gets his chance to visit Equestria, and writes down notes about the interesting ponies he meets and the stories that they tell.

Artemio Baldarich has always led a successful and entrepreneurial lifestyle. At the young age of 23 he seems to have the rest of his life planned out with his role as a computer scientist for a defense contractor in southern California.

Arty’s plans however encounter a major roadblock when a test on a missile defense system leads to him being mysteriously transported to a foreign world beyond anything he ever thought was possible.

Not only is he very disoriented, but he must also deal with the fact that all the creatures around him seem to think that he is a young child based on the body that he now inhabits. Hopefully he will be able to find a way to use his knowledge of his world to build a new life for himself and find a way home.

Will have references and uses of weapons in Battlefield 1. Is partially inspired by the Great Martian War of 1913-1917, a fictional but serious documentary. Story is written as a historical narrative, with some third person points of view at some points.

But when a terrorist's plot ignites a firestorm of hidden racial-tension, the Embassy's eccentric, multi-species team of political operatives must scramble to forestall disaster. Can they hold together their nascent alliance and prevent First Contact from becoming a war between technology and magic?

A week after moving to Ponyville, Violet Petal as already seen and experienced wonderful things such as the Elements stopping evil villains and monsters, the Castle of Friendship, and Pinkie Pie's parties. Unfortunately, she has also experienced many awful things. Including prejudices from the town's residents. For she is a Thestral, or "bat pony," to the more blunt members of society.

After one particularly bad day, she runs across a strange bipedal creature napping in the park.
