Twilight, a student from Canterlot, and her dragon companion, Spike, find themselves caught in an mission to find the elements of harmony to stop the the crazed mare, Nightmare Moon. Equestria is not a land of love and tolerance, but a land that has been ravaged by racial conflict, sudden earthquakes, dangerous chimeras, and the shadows within a pony's heart. Only with friends can Twilight find the strength to stop Nightmare Moon.

To save Equestria, Twilight will have to prevail against power-hungry ponies and those who would wish to stop the gathering of the elements of harmony. Honesty, Laughter, Kindness, Generosity, Loyalty, and Magic. Are these strong enough to fight the wicked?

Princess Twilight Sparkle requested Princess Celestia an expedition group for the search of a temple in the dephts of the Everfree Forest, said temple is believed to be the birthplace of the elements of harmony as Starswirl the Breared states in his old journal, it was the only book that stated in where was created these powerful artifacts but the journal has writen something more, the creators weren't ponies... but Protoss.

Ancient prophesy points to the awakening of an evil to outstrip Discord and Tierk. In a distant land something dark is moving, gaining strength, and if left unchecked it could threaten even Equestria.
Princess Celestia and Princess Luna have gathered together the bearers of the Bearers of the Elements of Harmony, and requested they travel beyond the borders of Equestria, beyond the limits of their world, to stop this dark power from regaining control.

But this new world is not as kind as the last, and the brutal tasks they will have to do simply to stay alive might break these peaceful ponies before they can reach their goals.

A year and a half has passed since Twilight Sparkle departed from the human world. Sunset Shimmer has adapted to life with her new friends, eagerly counting down the days until thirty moons pass, and the portal to her world reopens. But on the eve of the seventeenth moon, her idyllic life is shattered when magic suddenly manifests in the human world, and a familiar face makes an unexpected reappearance. With only thirteen moons remaining until the portal reopens, Sunset Shimmer and the gang must embark on a journey across the globe, battling fierce monsters and meeting new allies, to save their world from the newly unleashed magical energies.

After an ancient spell from Twilight goes awry, Fluttershy finds herself in a new world of powerful creatures. Whilst Fluttershy struggles in the new found world, Twilight is forced to leave Equestria to find the spell to bring her back. As Twilight and her friends journey through the outer lands of Equestria, Fluttershy attempts to uncover what shadows lurk just beyond Hoenn's sight.

Contains slightly dark images and scenarios. All events are based off of season one continuity, speculation and fantastical story elements. Any conflicting canon after season one is a result of the story being created before the premiere of season two.
