Celestia had decided to become better at acting. It was a skill that could become useful in the future, and also something she wanted to learn. So she found the most expensive, well-regarded, respected, praised and recommended instructor in all Equestria and arranged a private lesson with her.

She was rather surprised when she found out who her teacher was going to be, and so was her teacher when she found out she would be teaching to Celestia.

Things didn't exactly play out the way they'd planned after that.

My programming or my training did not prepare me for this. I understand completely what I must do to protect the people of my city, but when confronted with these...ponies, I am not sure how my directives work. Robocop will be the older version and most of the story will be him from the first movie with some of the other two added in. Robocop will still be more machine than man when the story begins, so he won't talk that much or have too much inner monologue, but from there...we'll see.

Set soon after the season 8 premiere. Even Chancellor Neighsay of the Equestria Education Association has to respond to a summons from Princess Celestia. His attempt to shut down Princess Twilight's School of Friendship has had repercussions, and she intends to discuss them with him... the poor sap.

After the events of 'School Daze,' Chancellor Neighsay is summoned by Celestia.
