As the centuries pass, cutie marks come and go. Some are common: the healing cross, the basic compass rose, the courier bag. Others are extinct: no more mercenary companies, no more mercenary marks. A few are incredibly scarce, coming along once a generation or less: the mark for luck falls into that category. A number only manifest when the call for them arrives: train tracks didn't appear until it was railroading time. But for the most part, ponies take their mark with its associated talent and magic as a blessing in their lives -- no matter what that mark turns out to be. And they accept it as they accept themselves.

Luna, in her first truly open palace session dealing with the public, is about to meet the exception: Joyous Release, a pony who wants nothing more than to be rid of her mark forever -- and every bit of the talent which comes with it.

But marks are permanent...

Isolation can do a lot to a person's sanity, but what if the person is already insane when she is put in isolation by being turned to stone. After getting transported to a world full of colorful creatures, Jinx may finally change into good or worst. After her usual behavior being shown she was closed in a prison of stone long before Celestia was born, then she was forgotten. While being trapped in her prison she quickly found her worst nightmare, to be forgotten. And she will never be forgotten again. That's her only wish.

Hello everyone, I just wanted to say that I'm new to the site and I would appreciate support from you guys! I have to say that my work is not the best, and it's way harder than it looks. If you're wondering, yes I have an editor but he's busy and sometimes forgets to edit it, also English in not my native language, so if you find some mistakes, and I'm sure you will, please point them out. The world of Faust is tense across all nations. But the odds of war don't concern him.

Doctor Ernst Graustier is a Bronze dog archaeologist venturing into one of the most hostile regions in Maregypt to find a lost relic, hidden from the world for centuries if not millennia. Determined to make his mark on history, he's more fixated on beating renowned adventurers like Daring Do and tomb raiders like Doctor Caballeron to the prize than thinking too much about who else might be after this treasure, or him. With a sharp mind, a quick trigger finger and expert knowledge of ancient myths, he's confident he can succeed against all odds. But will that confidence see him triumph, or just another lost soul in these desolate sands?

What happens when you break a gigantic magical crystal and then throw it in the sewers? The answer is Rico, the King of the Rats. A rat that got hit with a gigantic power released from the crystal that landed on him. Which gave birth to mutations that gave him immunity to all poisons and diseases, that and control over all the other rats, making him the new rat king. However, with the newly acquired intelligence, he quickly got bored of his servants's idiocy. So what does he do? Tries to steal all the cheese in Equestria, to make a country of rats, with cheese treated as gold? Also showers are illegal.

Twilight Sparkle always studies the movement of the stars. But one night she finds a series of errors in her note taking. These errors seem nothing at first, however these turn out to be clues to future events that put the very lives of other ponies in danger.

Twilight finds something mysterious in her room, and she's not sure what it is or how it got there. She begins to speculate that it could possibly be a new species or advanced technology, but it proves difficult to communicate with. It appears to have characteristics similar to a Changeling but is unlike anything Twilight has ever seen. As Twilight becomes overjoyed at a potential discovery little does she realize the brevity of her excitement.

A jewel that had long been hidden within the depths of the Castle of the Two Sisters, has been recovered by Twilight and Starlight because of their eagerness to study and learn all about it and the strange energies it gives off every now and again. While gathering the last of a few things to study the markings on the strange jewel, they unknowingly get a visit from Rainbow Dash who is then dragged into a strange world by the jewel. When Twilight and Starlight return to continue the studies, they soon learn of what has transpired in their absence. As the two of them gather all the help they can to try and bring Rainbow back into their world, Rainbow Dash soon learns that survival is much harder than Daring Do makes it out to be.

Rainbow Dash, quite possibly the coolest pony in Equestria, inexplicably falls for Twilight sparkle, quite possibly the nerdiest pony in Equestria. Out of curiousity and Rainbow's pleading, the librarian decides to give her two weeks to see what might happen. Both ponies will have to confront their insecurities if they hope to be a couple for very long.

After more than a year, this albatross has landed with the help of Cookie Monstar, Key Tapper, and Shadowsreached. This thing is FINALLY finished! What started as an experiment on writing a relationship changed dramatically. I can't tell you if it's better or worse though. That's for you to decide. Either way, I'm glad it's finally complete and I deeply apologize for taking so long to get it done.
