'Hmm, it seems I underestimated her. At first I tough that she was on the weak side when it comes to combat, oh how wrong was I.' As I was thinking that, Miki, as she told me to address her at the moment, was finishing the third hydra today. 'I must say that the way she kills them is interesting, and disgusting. I mean, she lets herself get eaten then bursts trough the hydra's stomach, blood dripping on her body. Slowly dripping from her collarbone down her chest and continuing it's journey down her body, making perfect outline of her small body. Which left me in awe.
"Like what you see? I tough we were supposed to be searching for Blood Tusks, not you getting aroused." Shaking my head I just stared at her, out of words. "Just wash the blood off me with a water spell you pervert." 'And she thinks I'm a pervert now, great...' Cursing myself I quickly casted a water spell given to me by that weird voice. Weirdly, I couldn't cast my normal magic for some reason.
"Let's go, I have to find the blood tusks." Cutting some vines I finally find a rocky road. "My lucky day." Mumbling under my breath while a grin appeared on my face. "Found a road." But when I looked she wasn't there anymore. "Miki? Where did you go?" I heard a sound behind me, but when I turned around I bopped noses with Lucy. But instead of being embarrassed, a smile grew on her face, a really creepy one which made me fall on my ass.
She suddenly started shaking her head. "Jinx, it's my turn! FUCK OFF!" Then her eyes shined and she started to stretch. 'Ok, that was weird...'
"Umm, are you ok?" Turning her head back to me, she gave me a smile and responded.
"Ah, yes. I was just having a dispute with Jinx, nothing serious." Again, the human's answer made me even more confused, which made me angry.
"Ok, can you tell me, what the fuck is going on? And no more avoiding the subject, just tell me already why do you keep wanting to be addressed with different names, and what's with the personality switches!?" When I finished my sentence I was starting to sweat from the anger I released.
"Well, the explanation is pretty long~" I sat down on a nearby boulder, and responded with a "I have time".
"Ok, fiiiiiiiine. The story is that this body contains four people in one. One of them is me, a weapon maniac. Another one is my daughter, another is a psychotic demon that loves chaos and death around her, and the last is a power obsessed Nazi Major. Ok the explanation is not that long, hehe." I just stared at her for a few minutes. 'Why did I though asking her about what's weird about her...'
"Never mind, forget I ever asked." And so I pushed this entire conversation deep in my head, where I would never see it again. But looking back at her I see that she was walking on the road and started to get some distance between us, I quickly started running to catch up to her. But she suddenly stopped, her eyes widen. When I was next to her I saw that the Blood Tusks's village was in front of us. "Oh we found it." But she pointed at the middle of the village, where a purple cristal was placed on top of a huge totem.
"I WANT THAT CRISTAL!" She screamed at me while shaking me. "MAKE THEM GIVE IT TO ME, I'LL GIVE YOU ANYTHING! ANYTHIIIIIIIIING!" Her eyes were twitching as she screamed. 'Why the hell does she have such blood lust?! Ok, she scares me. But she said she'll give me anything, that means I can get my 'hands' on the guns she is making. And if that is the case I may be able to get some military power.
"First of all, calm down. Second of all, how about we wait to see if we can talk to them?" She gave me a really annoyed Fine... 'Alright, let's just get this over with.' I started to walk to the village, hoping I didn't look suspicious. But, we were soon surrounded by the Blood Tusks. Being close to them, you can see that they have a feline appearance similar with a mountain lion, even trough they are bipedal. Another caracteristic that all of them had are their tusks, the males having way longer tusks then the females. 'Is it some kind of thing were the guy with the biggest tusks has all the females? If so, mine are the biggest! Oh god, what the hell am I thinking?' One of them came in front of us. He had only one tusk of around 25 centimeters, the other one broken, he was shorter then me, but way taller then Miki. His eyes were a yellow color, one had a pupil, the other one was just pure yellow. Even trough his obvious age, judging from his long beard, muscles were all over his body, along with multiple scars. His arms were painted along with his knees in a blue paint, similar in color with poison joke. Brown fur covered his body, and clothes made out of animal pelts and bones. On his head, the skull of a hydra decorated with gold and claws, making it seem like horns. All of this giving him an intimidating aura.
"Greetings, Lord. We have been waiting for your appearance. I am Kha'thir, the current chief of the Blood Tusks. We welcome you as our new leader." He spoke in a deep, raspy voice. And whit his words, the rest of the Blood Tusks bowed along with their chief.
"We want the purple crystal in the middle of this place!" Miki said with a really impatient tone.
"Are you ok with that, new chief?" The 'old' chief asked me with confusing tone. When he asked that, Miki got in front of me and said with teary eyes:"Pweaseeeeeeee!".
"J-just give it to her, do it before my hearth melts." I am ashamed of myself for giving in. The chief, while being a little confused, ordered some of the Blood Tusks around him to fetch the crystal.
"Come now, young chief. The rest of us are waiting for you in the city. Even so, we would like to know more about your companion." Hmm, at least they don't blindly follow someone who is supposed to be their savior.
"She is someone, let's say useful." At his look I saw that he wanted more reasons. "She has ties to the Arachnid queen." His eyes widen, and he chuckled at that. "Not only that, she also can make some really powerful things, especially weapons."
"Ho ho, is that so? Then I guess we can give her respect, she is useful after all." He continued with a smile.
