This is an alternative version of Doctor Whooves, one that fits him within the MLP universe (meaning this Doctor is not the Doctor in the show. He is a Doctor that originates from the MLP universe, not the Doctor Who universe. A fully Equestrian Doctor Whooves) This version also does not travel through time and space.

Robot pony Turing Test learns about Hearth's Warming and decides to get a gift for Twilight and Spike to show her gratitude for all they've done for her, but she wants to do something special. No gift cards, socks, or box of sugar plums will do for this robot! To find the ultimate gift for her first Hearth's Warming, she'll go to the ends of Equestria!

The changelings are banished, the day is saved! Yet a victory for one must be a defeat for another, and this particular victory has left one changeling stranded in Canterlot, alone and broken. A certain pink party pony is also alone in the Canterlot night, hiding her depression from her friends. She cannot, however, hide her feelings from a changeling. What will become of this unlikely pair?

This is a story I've been fantasizing about in my head for a while now. It's had some changes in its development for later chapters to make sense.

On his way from visiting Zecora he finds a black gem that he decides to eat and grants him the power over shadows and darkness. Pranks and chaos ensues as he uses his new found power's to have some fun on Nightmare Night.

Princess. Alicorn. The pillar of all ponykind, against which so many ponies often judged themselves. Celestia hates having to constantly be these things, and it's past time for a break. Luna will watch over Equestria while her sister is gone, but taking a break from your duties and taking a break from how the world sees you are two very different matters. Enter Prominence, a quiet pony who nopony really pays much mind to. Perhaps because she doesn't exist.

Aided by this disguise, Celestia will find her peace and relaxation in the home of one of the few ponies who know Prominence's true identity: Princess Twilight Sparkle. But when Twilight begins to see Celestia as a pony, and not a princess, can she deal with the feelings that arise? And are the feelings for Celestia, or for a pony she knows is not actually real?

Apple Bloom always wanted her Cutie Mark. It was the one thing she wanted most in the world and her family fully supported her, encouraging her to keep going until she finds it.

However, she never expected that getting her Cutie Mark would come at such a high price. Apples always have something to do with apples in their Cutie Mark, but Apple Bloom does not.

Now, exiled from the only family she's ever known, Apple Bloom has nowhere to go. Heartbroken and unsure what to do, Apple Bloom goes to the only pony she trusted more than her big sister, in the hopes that she might help the now familyless filly.

A Metroid crossover.

After destroying the X, the Galactic Federation charges Samus with treason and hunts her down. While running from the Federation, Samus manages to escape but ends up crashing in Equestria, far from any explored sector in the universe and with no way of returning home. Can the most feared bounty hunter in the galaxy adapt to a land full of talking, magical ponies who think friendship is magic?

Some notes:

1. This takes place after Metroid Fusion, which is the last game in the Metroid chronology/timeline so far. It also takes place after season 2 of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.

2. Samus crash lands on Equestria and meets the mane 6. I'll try to not make it too cliche. Also, no ponified Samus (at least, not planning to).

3. In this story, Samus is a Federation runaway. They are hunting her because she destroyed the X parasites in Fusion and they wanted to research on them (I recommend checking the Metroid Wikia for reference).

4. I'll take the 'Tragic' as not so tragic. Don't expect deep depression from this story.

5. I'm open to ideas! Any review/comment is greatly appreciated. Feeding my ego will increase the chances for updates!

6. Any story inspired or ripped off from this story WILL catch my attention. Please tell me if you are going to write one, so I can read it!
