Looking back, I had a really weird writing style when I wrote this. Em dashes were just three hyphens, there were too many descriptions, and someone brought up a good point that the main character was pretty much using AJ as a rebound in case his attempts with Rainbow failed... and AJ was completely fine with it?

And reading what this main character thinks is sometimes awkward. I mean, despite what happened, he legitimately is expecting Rainbow to acknowledge the fact that he let her on the train before him. I mean, that's just one thing of many that I now realize is so awkward to read nowadays. My dialogue and writing skills are on par with Scott Gimple. :D

Just a little tidbit of info as I work on After and plan to rewrite Regret proper.

And I realized that Rainbow is mad at him for his clumsiness and causing the entire party to be ruined.

I also realized I wrote in the fact that his clumsiness also BURNT DOWN MULTIPLE HOUSES AND DESTROYED A FAMILY'S HOME AND LIFE. WHATEVER HAPPENED TO THOSE BEAUTIFUL LITTLE BASTARDS?

I'm just gonna go and rewrite that piece too. Maybe the tables will be the only thing that burns.

For most of Regret, up until the last few chapters, I added images into the chapters to sort of paint the image of that particular moment.

They're still there. For some reason, it seems to not show the images on the chapters themselves, making me assume they were deleted. Nope, they're still there.

I'll try and re-add them and see if that fixes the problem. :)

Also, I'll be bringing back images in future chapters, so that's nice!

In this blog, I'm mainly going to be discussing the sequel to Regret. But first, I'd like to talk about Regret's attention...thing.
