Some three centuries after Twilight Sparkle's coronation, something stranger than anything in Equestria's history appears in the very heart of Equestria itself. A human, lost, confused, and alone, finds himself warily welcomed by the rulers of this strange land.
After trading information about himself for information about the world he'll soon call home, he leaves from Canterlot to the quaint and quiet town of Ponyville, where he eventually meets a lonely bat-pony by the name of Speck.

Alone in the new age, Shimmer must find her purpose among a technologically advanced Equestria all the while trying to make sense of a recent discovery: Twilight Sparkle, ruler of Equestria.

And in The Final Age, Harmony shall be all but lost, as all the world's creatures are united and divided in fang and claw, in banners and blood. The Great War shall rage across all the world, in the Lands That Are Known, from The Hallowed Rift to Anger's Deep, from Peregrine Vale to Evo's Wilds, and even the vast, unmapped and untamed wilds that no creature blessed with the gift of Tongues has ever yet set hoof nor claw upon shall play host to great battles and unceasing bloodshed.

The Great War shall rage across the world for years uncounted, and in the end not even The Holy Land, seated in The Throne Of The World, ruled and protected by The Last Children Of Alicornia shall be spared. Not even their mastery of the world's mana will be enough to save them, and so shall The Sun weep tears of red for her lost children as The Promised Land Of All Ponykind bathes in the blood of its sons and its daughters.

Thus, when all hope is lost, and the vast armies march upon The Heart Of The World itself, shall The Last Children Of Alicornia seek desperate aid, and turn to the Stars.

And so shall The Final Gift Of The Gods be given unto the world, and from beyond the dark Void, so shall He come. With His coming, so shall end the Great War, and with it the Final Age - one way or another.

All this and more shall come to pass, for so I have borne witness in vivid, agonizing detail. All that remains to be seen, is whether the Eldrich beast shall be at last our salvation... or our final damnation.

An unexpected and freak snow storm has gone out of control and is headed straight for Ponyville. Enter the resident human, Mar, and his attempts at surviving in the snow. However, survival may happen to be harder than he originally thought when a few unexpected factors are presented.

His kind and loving touch and soothing voice bring light to her little cozy corner of life. Can she find it in herself to confront Tim about her feelings?

Something is bothering Celestia, enough to keep her up all night, every night. Enough to risk her screwing up, and revealing to all of Equestria what she is behind the facade of serene wisdom - a bizarre idiot. Thankfully Luna is on the case, determined to figure out what's going on with her sister, and help if she can, at least if they can stop bickering long enough to do that.

Twilight, in an effort to help Applejack and Rainbow Dash achieve their dream of having a foal together, casts a spell that, unbeknownst to the princess, envelops all of Ponyville and plunges the little ponies (and one dragon) into a vortex of unknown genetic exchange and unplanned parenthood. What's more, the solution may come with severe complications of its own, and thus Twilight finds herself tasked with finding a resolution where there is likely none to be had.

Faced with madpony scientists, ruthless mobsters and fanatical pony supremacists, it will take every ounce of gumption, style, and genre savvy for them to survive long enough to find a way back to the Equestria they all know and love. But the strange new world they find themselves in does not want to let them leave, and it's not alone in its desire to keep them there...
