Cheerilee loves teaching. Despite all the trials and tribulations it presents, it's worth it in the end when her students learn something new. Not even a letter from the Ministry of Education reminding her about the impending teacher evaluations can sway her. But tack on her new relationship, the constant 'help' of the Cutie Mark Crusaders, and some strange behavior from Dinky and Sparkler, and her life is about to become a lot more complicated.

This story is set in parallel with The Life and Times of a Winning Pony and The Study of a Winning Pony with the approval of Chengar Qordath, Comma-Kazie and Ponibius.

The concept of 255's came about from a discussion in the TCB IRC. The goal? To write a complete story between 255 and 500 words long. Taking place a month after the conclusion of "Rainbooms and Royalty," Rainbow Dash is settling into her new life in Ponyville. On the whole, it's great! But as some minor tensions crop up at her job and her new life, an old friend comes into town to turn everything upside down. What's a pony to do?

This story is a sequel to Past Sins

Side-story to Past Sins - Spike almost lost Twilight to a hangmare's noose, but now Twilight is safe and Nyx is a filly again. Normal life is returning. Still, Spike can't ignore the fact that Nyx just isn't the same as he remembers her. Her temper is more volatile, and, when she gets angry, all he can see is the rage-driven Nightmare Moon of legend.

And thus Spike has to wonder: Is Nyx truly reformed, or is she one bad tantrum away from calling herself Nightmare Moon again?

Twilight has an experiment planned, and it centres on Rainbow Dash.

As anxious as she is, Dash really has no right to complain.

It was her idea after all.
