Evil changeling queen impersonates the princess, takes control of the heroine's brother, conflict, betrayal, reunion, conflict resolution, wedding scene, the end. But this all begs the questions; what if Cadance and Twilight hadn't made it in time to stop Chrysalis from the wedding?

Princess Celestia finds twilight passed out from lack of sleep at Shining Armour and Princess Cadence's wedding reception. She tries to find a way to apologise to her student for ignoring her warnings about the changeling queen, and faces self doubt over relying on the elements of harmony, and the mane 6, putting themselves at risk to save her kingdom.

A real hero doesn't brag?

Just because she likes to talk about how awesome she is means Rainbow isn't a hero?

After her friends revealed themselves to her, Rainbow Dash reacts to Applejack's words in a completely different way than what's expected, and things only go downhill from there. Tears will be shed, friendships will be broken, and knives will be twisted as everything that can go wrong WILL.

Alternate ending to The Mysterious Mare Do Well.

Nopony has seen Rainbow Dash since the argument about Mare Do Well at Sugercube Corner, over a week ago. Too much time has passed without an attempt at fame, so Fluttershy goes to Rainbow Dash’s house to talk to her. Instead of finding a prismatic Pegasus, all Fluttershy finds is a letter.
A letter of apologies, a letter of dreams, a letter of fears.
But also a letter of farewell.

Rainbow Dash was your normal filly with billionaires for parents. She loved them and they loved her. Everyone was happy until the one fateful night coming home from the movies. That night, Rainbow saw her parents be murdered in front of her own eyes. When their killer is released from prison on good behavior, she takes upon the persona of a superhero named Batmare. She vows to her parents vengeance upon their murderer and all of the criminal scum in Ponyville.

It looks like tons of people have already come up with this idea, but none have done it with Rainbow Dash, right?

Rainbow Dash is shocked when she unmasks Mare Do Well! Instead of confronting her them about it, she decides to get back at her friends- by leaving Ponyville!

AU. When Shining Armor and Cadence's love shockwave vanquishes the Changelings, before being sent away Queen Chrysalis fires a poisonous beam at Twilight's chest that leaves her in a comatose state she might never wake up from. As the doctors fail to find a cure, and everypony starts losing hope, Shining Armor is determined to help Twilight return to them, but on the inside he is conflicted by the cruelty he mustered at her the night before and his failure to ask for her forgiveness before being shot. Shining won't be able to live in once until Twilight says she forgives him, but how can that be when she can't probably even hear him?
Will Twilight wake up and go back to her old life, or will Shining Armor's tortured memory forever haunt him?

In the episode "A Canterlot Wedding", we see everyone treat Twilight Sparkle rather shabbily, and when she's proven to be right, no one apologizes to her - not even Princess Celestia. How might this have affected Twilight?
