The supernatural: Ghosts, zombies, werewolves, spirits... vampires...

Twilight Sparkle always thought that the supernatural was just a bunch of superstitious nonsense, just some scary stories to tell around a campfire. She couldn't have been more wrong.

After an occult ritual gone horribly right, Twilight finds herself among the ranks of these so called 'myths', whether she likes it or not. Due to the same force that changed her, dark shadows have begun to spread across Equestria, bringing to life these ancient fairy tales. And Twilight might just be the only one that can stop them...

For better or for worse, Twilight has been changed. Will she embrace this dark gift and become the hero Equestria needs, or will she eventually succumb to temptation and become the very thing she fights?

After a horrible accident, Luna is forced to resort to drastic measures in order to save Twilights life. While unconscious, Twilight meets a powerful stallion who claims to be responsible for death, sleep, and all other states of unconsciousness. He turns out to have quite a tale to spin for her, and what he reveals may well be the undoing of one thousand years of harmony.

And so, the rewrite has begun.

Everypony knows that life just isn't worth living without good friends by your side. Unfortunately Rainbow Dash is forced away from her friends to live in the castle of the immortal vamponies, Darkwish Manor. Now Rainbow Dash must struggle to make new friends, adjust to vamponism, and ultimately try escaping the manor and all of the horrible memories it harbors.

This will be an ongoing story. There will be no specific times for updates (like bi-weekly, bi-monthly) the story will progress as I see fit based on my writings. I tend to feel really into writing one day, and disgusted by it the next so it can take time for these chapters to come out. The romance tag will make sense in the latter chapters, but for now the other three are perfect. Anyway, please enjoy and feel free to give me some feedback.
