It's been months since the invasion of Canterlot. Chrysalis has been overthrown. The changelings are free from her rule. But when Celestia and Luna decree that they favor the integration of their species, many changelings learn the true nature of some ponies, as ponies learn the true nature of their own kind.

A story about standing up for yourself as much as anyone else. A tale of finding strength within yourself and using it to overcome adversity. A series of events that lead to friendship, and sometimes love, when you fight for a cause you believe in.

Having grown up in Griffonia for most of his life, Lenny Redtail has a very low opinion of ponies. But a quick foray into Ponyville just might teach him a lesson or two about friendship and what it means to be equine.

Dysis, a young dragon, sees Spike during the dragon migration and wonders about him. Why does he live with ponies? Is he her age? Is he a student? Who is he? And why is she so fascinated by a dragon she hasn't even met?

Pinkie Pie found a book in the depths of Twilight's castle detailing enchantments reserved for royal foals. Though, technically, the enchantments could be applied to anypony and at any age, so why were they reserved?

One enchantment that looked particularly tempting was called "Not Out of Context". It greatly improved recall.

Pinkie would have bet a lot of cupcake money that Twilight had that enchantment cast on her, and now that she thought about it, adding it to herself would have helped with quite a few things in her life... But it wouldn't be worth it if it got Twilight in trouble.

However, her friends also subscribed to that type of selfless thinking.

While visiting his sister Twilight at her home in Ponyville, Shining Armor is accidentally transformed into a little, blank flanked filly. In order to hide her mistake while she tries to find a solution, Shining Armor must live as Twilight's little cousin Gleaming Shield. Things get worse when the Cutie Mark Crusaders meet the new filly and decide she needs to join their group in their adventures around town.

Something terrible is summoned to Equestria and now Princess Celestia has her toughest friendship project yet.

Meet Beelzeboob. Nopony is quite certain what he is. Nopony is quite certain if they like him. Almost everypony wants to kill him at some point. To help him fit in, Princess Celestia gave him a puppy and sent him to Ponyville, to learn if a minor spirit of disharmony can learn the magic of friendship.

Looking further into it, she discovers a piece of information that changes the dynamic of not only her own, but everypony's relationship with the mysterious draconequus.

Discord is utterly bemused by the apparent turn of events. Why in Equestria is everyone suddenly being so nice to him?
