To help raise funds for the Canterlot Animal Shelter, Pinkie Pie proposes throwing a belly dance-themed event. While Fluttershy has gotten comfortable performing as a Rainboom, she remains nervous about belly dancing for anyone other than her closest friends. Can she muster the courage to shimmy in support of the shelter and its animals?

A cardinal rule of dating a belly dancer is to NEVER ask her for a private performance. Being the gentleman that he is, Shining Armor abides by this, even as he quietly longs to experience Cadance dancing for him and him alone. Mortal Kombat, of course. Equestrian Tradition dictates that challenges are to be issued and duels are to be performed. Rarity, Pinkie Pie, Fluttershy, Rainbow Dash, and Applejack are all well aware of these facts.

The CMCs, however, haven't had that particular Social Studies class, and now they have started to realize what they have unleashed.

But when the sorceress Sunset Shimmer, personal student of Princess Celestia and rumored lover of Princess Twilight defects from the Order of Canterlot and steals her crown, Twilight Sparkle asks her friends to help find her.

But will the six of them be enough to defeat Sunset Shimmer? And will Twilight have the fortitude to do what needs to be done when they finally do find her?

The vision had been bothering her, worrying her to no end. A vision of pain, suffering. Death. She had woken up countless times in the night, drenched in sweat. She had a terrible feeling about something, but she didn't know what.

Our bacon haired waifu is gonna be in for a rough ride when she learns about the Rangers and the Shattered Grid from her visions. Can Sunset rely on her friends to help her through this? Will Princess Twilight or Sci-Twi be of any assistance while looking into this? And is Pinkie sensing the big doozy coming via her recurring Pinkie Sense like Sunset is through seeing her visions?
