She tells her troubles to Tank, and in the process realizes that if other ponies can't write fast enough to keep her reading, then maybe she should try her hoof at writing stories of her own. They say to write what you know, and Rainbow Dash certainly does know adventure. But writing about yourself isn't very cool. Tank, on the other hand, is awesome enough to deserve stories of his own, only nopony knows that. Yet.

They say heroes are to be admired from afar. That they're the stuff of legends and folk tales, of epic stories and hushed whispers. But, deep down, we all know heroes are ponies—just like us—who rose to the occasion. Ponies who live amongst us and may even pass us on the street without being recognized.

Princess Celestia has asked us to help lift part of this veil, this feeling of distance from those who we honor and respect. I've spent the majority of my life tilling the desolate land in which I live. Every day, I wake up to move useless rocks from one location to another. This is an archaic line of work that my family has clung to for generations. It is a dull, grey existence.
