After being stranded in Manehatten, a changeling is saved by a young filly who is being terrorized by a monster hiding in her closet. After the horror has been taken care of, the changeling and the young filly become close friends... and the changeling and the filly's foster father become something more...

The second story in the the rebooted Cricket-Verse, aka the Nonsense-Verse

A combination of Rainbow Dash -styled awesomeness and experimentation has brought into being something quite unexpected: a windigo foal, unassuming and apparently attached to its mama.

How will Rainbow Dash fare with new responsibilities that come with taking care of a fairly unknown creature of nightmares?

After years of hiding in the Everfree forest, Fluttershy emerges to a very different Ponyville. It seems as though everypony is gone. She knows only one thing, Discord has been living in her cottage, and he and Angel Bunny are all shes got now that everypony seems to have vanished from Ponyville.

This is a universe where after Twilight and friends gave up the elements, Discord took advantage of it, and everypony was forced to leave Ponyville. Fluttershy blamed herself for the incident and blocked it from her memory. She now returns to Ponyville and must pick up the pieces.

This story is a sequel to Daughter of Discord

As Hearth's Warming draws near, every pony runs into some holiday drama. Mothball searches for the perfect gift for his marefriend, Screwball; Prism fears her parents Rainbow Dash and Soarin won't make it home for the holidays, while Discord has to make amends to a filly whom he accidentally told there was no such thing as Santa Hooves.

What if Discord had not been turned to stone by the Mane 6? What if he had escaped?
It is three years later and the Mane 6 have moved on with their lives, all except Fluttershy, who cannot get the draconequus out of her mind. The others are happy in their new and comfortable lives, until their enemy returns and will only relieve Equestria of his havoc in exchange for a bride.

The game required you to roll a dice and depending on the number, you would then write a 100-500 word ship with a corresponding character. I got number 13 which was a male changeling. The rest of the story is a continuation from the prompt.

Due to the persuasion of her friend Rarity, Applejack decides to go speed-dating in Canterlot. She becomes more comfortable around the kindly Heart Cross, but a secret he keeps threatens to tear the relationship apart forever.

Yet, with a bitter cold winter upon Equestria, two lonely souls come to discover that you shouldn't worry over what you once had, be it a solid relationship or a mighty empire with a ton of slaves, but rather that you should simply learn to appreciate the simple things that life can offer you.

Elsewhere, Princess Celestia attempts to stop a nuclear war with the newly reformed Crystal Empire.

Rarity orders a collection of gems from the crystal empire to give her new designs that little bit extra. Included in the shipment is a magnificent ruby that is far more than what it seems. After the gem reveals that it has inherent magical properties, Rarity and the rest of the Elements of Harmony are pulled into an adventure complete with living mannequins, the Mirror Pool, life and death struggles in the Crystal Empire, and a budding romance between two of the most unlikely of ponies.
