I will get to the point of this post, advancement has been slow for the story. I have made a few adjustments to the plot, the biggest one being combining the end of this mystery into one big chapter, rather than doing the interrogations as one, then the conclusion as another. Also while I have been furloughed again, I have been extremely busy with other projects and helping out immediate family.

Can't believe it's been nearly a month already since my last update. Time has really run away from me. Truth be told, have not done nearly as much with the last chapter as I would have liked, but its chugging along. Will double down my efforts for the foreseeable future to get this finished. Hello folks

This will be a brief update for everyone following 'How To' but I have come under a recent financial strain (so to speak) that has taken my full attention to resolve. As of my birthday yesterday, I have finally resolved this issue, and am back to working on the new chapter. Can not give a solid time frame for the next release, but I'm already blasting through it. I hope to have it done by the end of next week, but I will aim for earlier than that.

I was at home one day, reeling from the feedback from 'How to tell your friends you#re dating a changeling,' when all of a sudden, this song came up on my playlist.

At the time, I was planning on writing a changeling Queen, but then I thought to myself, "what if instead I made a King? Everyone just assumes all the changeling leaders are female due to their similarities to hives. Why not take it in a different direction?"

So, I knew it would happen, and "How to Tell Your Friends You're Dating a Changeling" got rejected from Equestria Daily. It took them a bloody long time to actually tell me. Below is the message I received.
