Status update of 'How To' · 8:49pm May 14th, 2020
Hey guys
Was reading some feedback on the last chapter. Sense some folks are concerned the plot is drifting away from Dash and Question. Want to assure people this is absolutely not the case. Every chapter they will be the focus, anything else is to set up to build up the world more and have alternate threads play alongside the main story. I am not intending to drag the story out, it's chugging along at a steady pace. I want to cover the bulk of Question and Dash's narrative, including the little moments within, while following the reactions of those close to them.
With this said, I have made some alterations to the last two chapters. This should have cleaned them up a tad, and both chapters should read a fair bit better now. Mostly cutting down on unnecessary words and rephrasing awkward sentences. Bit of a habit of mine, I have a very old writing style. None of the content has changed except the last paragraph is gone now. I fear it has caused some confusion for people that the story was going to be dragged out from here on in. Again, I can not say exactly how many chapters are left, but this will not be a 40 chapter epic. This is at its heart, a fun slice of life rom com that has a few serious moments.
Lastly onto some good news, work of the new chapter has flown by. In two days I've smashed through over 3000 words which is very good for how I usually write. I dare say we may get the next chapter sooner than anticipated. However, fair warning, the chapter after is gonna take a while. It will be a bulky bugger, but looking forward to sinking my teeth into it.

Thank you for coming back to complete it. It always breaks my heart to see things going so well and the author drops off of the face of the internet after losing interest... hope you're having fun with this story. I know I am.
