Since the day she ascended, Dragon Lord Ember has strived to move beyond the shadow of her father's rule. Ember knows her feelings for Twilight have changed, but the distance between them had provided an easy excuse to ignore them. Had, because with a summit between the Dragon Lands and Equestria starting, Ember and Twilight have the opportunity to once again enjoy each other's company.

One little incident introduces him to a guard that leads to a friendship and awkward feelings on the part of the small town pegasus. What do you do when you don't know what this feeling is? And why can't he stop staring at the guard's clothes?

No important political meetings to attend? Check! No letters to answer? Check! A magical and child-safe gift for Flurry Heart that she's sure to love? Check!

Her schedule was clear. Shining and Cadence were off on vacation. She'd prepared all her materials. Twilight Sparkle was more than ready to spend a fun-filled weekend babysitting her favorite niece.

But she wasn't prepared for King Sombra's return. Nopony could prepare to be trapped with him inside a storybook of fairy tales.

And nopony's ever ready for an unhappy ending...

Blueblood is all set to leave untill he learns of a possible reward for aiding in the reformation. Following the carrot dangling in front of him, Prince Blueblood the 57th sets his sights on the former Crystal Despot of the North!

This story came about, sometime the last year while I was still having my mental power outage, just based on one of the last lines in this story.

Flash Sentry is just concluding his first week of training for the Royal Guard and he is doing great. Nothing can break his focus. Especially not the hot Stallion that runs the Chocolate Shop down the street from the Barracks.

He also most certainly does not want to date him. That would be silly.
