After a long day of work, Ditzy (Derpy) Doo wakes in the night to find that she is in the middle of the zombie apocalypse. Worst of all, the zombies arent even ponies! Instead, they are some strange type of two-legged creatures with hands. fortunately for her, she is found by four of these creatures that dont seem infected. But can they help her escape this nightmare? For that matter, can any of them escape the hell-hole of a city they find themselves in?

Every Sunday morning, Derpy Hooves goes out into Ponyville on her only morning off and juggles a set of red balls for an audience. Is Derpy just being Derpy, or is there something deeper to what she's doing?

This story is a result of me challenging myself to write a story in under an hour. I have been debating on whether or not I should put the story here on fimfic, but I decided to go ahead and give it a try. With this fic, you will understand why it is dangerous for someone to write while they are very tired.

Ponyville is getting ready to host a Dodgeball Tournament when Gilda shows up, challenging them against her own team. As they prepare themselves, Twilight and her friends learn a surprising secret about a certain crossed-eyed mailpony. Will Ponyville be able to beat Gilda and her team? Or will they taste rubbery defeat?

Derpy always considered herself an unusual pony, but then so did everypony else. They just don’t know why: she talks to ghosts. As would befit an unusual pony, she encounters a most unusual ghost. Of course she’d want to make it her friend.

October 2020: Now there's a sequel! "The Derpy Protocol: Twilight in the Shadows" tells what happens ten years after this story.

What happens when you see only what you want to see, hear only what you want to hear, and project those views onto somepony against their will? What happens when that fiction becomes reality, and their reality becomes everypony else's fiction?

Ditzy Doo has to deal with it on a daily basis. Try as she might, ponies still see her as the klutzy, muffin obsessed mailmare that she's always been, or at least, that they think she's always been.

Twenty years ago, Twilight horribly botched Luna's rescue from the moon. Ten years ago, trying to save Derpy and Dinky, Twilight cast a forbidden spell she now deeply regrets. Today, Twilight wonders if she can ever make things right.

This story should make sense on its own. (But it's related to "Family on the Run: Derpy the Fugitive.")
