Spike is growing up, a little bit at a time. It has its upsides. He can carry Rarity's luggage more easily, he gets to have a bigger bed, he doesn't fall asleep all the time, and, hey, wings are pretty cool, too!

Unfortunately, part of growing up is outgrowing things you used to take for granted. Alicorn Princess or not, Twilight's still a pony, and ponies weren't built with carrying adolescent dragons in mind.

Something random that popped into my head while rewatching some of this season's episodes. It could be read as something of a tie in to my previous story, "Seven Hour Bubblebath", but it can be read as a standalone story as well.

It started off as a normal morning for Sunset. Get up, shower, get dressed, eat cheap discount cereal from the bargain store, and head to the Sugar Cube Cafe to hang out with her friends. Yet as she did so, there was this overbearing feeling of someone watching her. Maybe she could ask Pinkie about it since she’s conveniently bolting down the road towards her.

Sex and Profanity tags are just for insurance, as the joke of the story is kinda mature.

Falling in love with someone only for them to leave. And then meeting their counterpart who won't give you the time of day.

How could anyone possibly relate?

Wallflower Blush expected the Rainbooms would forget about her once she was no longer a magical threat. Sunset Shimmer had other ideas. Now, largely without meaning to, Wallflower has somehow become the first human to visit Equestria. On a date, no less.

Shortly after transferring to CHS, the human Twilight seeks to learn more about Sunset's past; Sunset lets her in on what it was like coming from Equestria to the human world.

Nightmare Moon has been defeated, the long-lost Princess Luna has returned, and everyone is happy. Well, Princess Celestia is. The castle staff is still rather unnerved by everything the sudden disappearance of their monarch, and are still wary of this situation.

One guard is particularly unhappy with this new arrival. Which is why he's staying as close to her as possible.

Pinkie Pie is being tormented by horrific nightmares. Unable to deal with it by herself anymore she seeks out Twilight's help, but will it have been the best decision when she finds herself alone in an abandoned, fog filled Ponyville?
