Along the western border of the United States in the wild territory of Kansas, lies the US Army outpost of Fort Scott. Tasked with patrolling the western plains, the men of the 1st US Dragoons and the other soldiers of the post long for a break from the monotonous life on the frontier.

One day, they find themselves and their post transported to a strange land with strange inhabitants to greet them. Now they have found the adventure they had longed for however the outcome of that adventure may not be what they expected.

(Edit: other characters that will appear will be historical figures from American History. The cutie mark crusaders are still characters. Big Macintosh, Shining Armor and the royal sisters will also appear. The new add on of Sombra was made because I have finally figured out where I would like this story to go. You'll have to wait and see though)

Twilight thought that her new studies at CHS would be easy compared to more rigorous things like science and mathematics. Instead, she keeps coming up short. Her mind unsettled. Unable to accept simple things. Before she gives up entirely, Sunset steps in and offers Twilight the understanding she's been looking for.

Applejack wants to go racing with Rainbow Dash, but she's stuck on the farm. Maybe there's still a way for them to have fun?

Spoiled Rich was supposed to go to the spa today, but it's closed. So, she goes to Zecora for relaxation. Zecora makes her relax by hypnotism.

Starlight and Sunburst are dating, but they're each in love with somepony else... the two of them agree to talk about it over a card game. Things get... complicated, but they each have another secret... they're not who they say they are.

Having expanded her business in the past year, Rarity decides to prepare her own Equestrian tax form for the first time. Her sister observes as the two discuss names, tax terms, and which town may not be ready for Rarity's 4th boutique.

Applejack is having a bit of a rough time lately. Her and Rarity had had another argument and the cowgirl needed to get some air and a cool beverage to chill out. Unfortunately for her an out of town biker gang has decided to stay at her favorite pub and make life difficult for her. Little do they know that the young lady they are messing with is packing the magical strength of an Earth Pony and is no stranger to a good brawl.

This is a fun little story idea I just came up with.
